It was nice having yoga on site.
Cockroaches, rat faeces and electrics caught on fire (in a wood and straw hut, with no fire alarm), leaving property without electricity for a night. Drain always overflowed, so bathroom smelt of sewage permanently. The bedding wasn't changed on the first night and smelt SO badly of sweat, and also full of sand. I'm a seasoned traveller and have stayed in all sorts of youth hostels etc. I can take the rough with the smooth, and know sometimes you get what you pay for. However, this place was a medium/ high budget stay for Mexico, so really shouldn't have had these problems. There was rat faeces repeatedly on bed sheets (more than one night), dangerous electrics that caught fire, with smoke pouring into a wooden hut with a straw roof and cockroaches running around - even though we kept the kitchen spotless. I very politely told the reception about all these problems. They told me the rat droppings (that smelt and looked like rat droppings) were dust from the roof. They didn't change the sheets - I had to ask twice. They denied everything else, pretty much. Then I asked for three nights refund, which were the amount of nights I hadn't slept in the property due to rats, electrics, etc. Thought this was a very reasonable request. They bartered! And suggested two nights. Then they said they weren't going to do anything until after the coronavirus - bearing in mind I lodged the complaint over a month before the outbreak. Very uncaring attitude from some of the staff. What a shame.
Very nice hotel. We had ground suite next to the pool. Verry big room, beautifully furnished. Pleasant pool with flamingo :)
Everything. The tent is beautiful and super comfy. Better than a lot 4 stars hotels that I found in Mexico.
A little to noise outside, but that's not their fault.
Cozy & spacious tents, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, bikes to rent, parking in front of the hotel
You can't lock the tents, you have to bring your own lock, there is no safe in the tents It's a little far away from the center (with the bike only 5-10 min, but by feet 15-20 min)
This is a fantastic place. So beautiful, clean with very nice atmosphere. You can eat there so tasty breakfasts. Personel is very helpful.
All was great
