Pros (+) Location is perfect for anything you can do in Zion National Park. Better than any of the places outside the park.
Cons (-) Rooms are too small to hang out in, but there are nice common areas.

It had plenty of space, generous bathroom space and facilities, a nice little porch, and a really comfy bed. We tend to go to bed early, and it was fairly loud right outside our window as groups of people walked by laughing and talking, sometimes stopping just outside our window to wrap up for the night for a while.
