I requested a car from Atlanta Airport. When I arrived at the counter in the airport I was told I had rented from the sixt location 20 minutes away. When I arrived there by Uber which was an extra $35. There were some other people who had the same experience. To compound the problem they didn't have the car I ordered, a BMW X3 and could only offer a Chevy Malibu, which as I was already late I had to take. Overall a really bad experience and with no one to talk to at priceline there is nothing I can do except stop using this service.Reviewed 13 Feb 2023

They nickel and dime you at every turn Was an hour late at pick up location due to flight delay and was given a $200 upcharge to get a 'like class' that I reserved because my car was rented within that 60 minutes. No human interaction, submit all questions, concerns or issues via web portal unless you're at a location. Even though the BMW 3 series I finally rented only had 30K , the car was pretty dinged up and now they are saying I did some of the damage even with me supplying a video of what the car looked like at point of pick up. Staff at the pick up location, very rude with a "this is the way it is, take it or not .,., I only do what I am told to do"Reviewed 27 Oct 2022

Brilliant rental experience, from pick up to drop off. Only problem- couldn't buy insurance while booking through Kayak , and ended up paying a much higher rate at Sixt. Regardless, one of my better car rentals till date, 10/10 would recommendReviewed 26 Sep 2022

Pros:Nothing.Cons:We prepaid for a car rental and then our plans changed 10 days prior to the rental date. They would not refund our money, but if you don’t pre-pay you are not penalized. Messed up. Never book with this company!Reviewed 20 May 2021
