The best thing about this hotel is the location! If you can get a high-floor room, the view can be amazing! The hotel is comfortable, but the bed mattresses could be a bit firmer.
It's nice that the hotel provides coffee in the room, but unfortunately the coffee isn't good at all.
The staff were all amazing!! The location was perfect especially for the price we paid! The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and room service was quick! Would highly recommend we were very happy!
The lobby was clean and staff was great. Location was great!
We were promised a 16th floor room upon check in. Once we checked in we got a 7th floor room, had to go back down to ask for what was promised, got a 12th floor handicap room, all horizontal surfaces in the room were all dirty, sprinklers in the room didn’t have any covers, the shower head in the room was separating from the wall, lamp shade on the right side of the bed was broken, water damage in the corner of the room by the smoke detector, ceiling tiles in bathroom room stain, chipped, and not set correctly, closet door wouldn’t shut the entire way. 2 outlets on the right side of the bed none of the left side. Had to use the alarm clock/radio usb plug. Overall for a higher end hotel room it wasn’t in great shape.
real convenient, location great close to many tourist things, quite easy and comfortable
if there is anything that i would it such a thing as complaining would be that maybe be updated just a bit more, the shower in terms of the water pressure maybe could be improved, there is a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom and the ceiling
