Pros: Location is great. Quiet and secluded, but easy walk to city center. Warm and welcoming staff. Very pleasant gathering room and garden courtyard.
Cons: Guestrooms somewhat small, but comfortable. On your own for on-street metered (during weekdays) parking.
Pros: All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff seemed to show a genuine interest in our day or plans to come, Kelly always mentioned other ideas or have her view of ours. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: Staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful plus they had cheese and and wine and a late night snack in the freezer(ice cream) each night.
Cons: Some rooms had old carpet that smelled but they were very accommodating when we asked to switch. We then got hard wood floors and it was great.

Pros: Is a nice classic hotel with history with large amount of stories, has a lot of caratehtere , nice staff, bar, restaurante and concierge, best location in town ,
Cons: So noisy that at 7 you are up impossible to sleep beyond that time, terrible breakfast, no minibar and the bathroom very nice but if you have not worked at the circle du soleili impossible to have a shower or climb in to the bath.
Pros: I loved the hospitality & very clean, comfortable rooms, as well as the daily breakfast & wine/cheese reception. And great location.
Cons: No gym or swimming pool.
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. The decor was beautiful and we loved our room (although I will try for room 421 next visit).
Cons: The housekeeper assigned to our room did not do a great job. When we arrived our floors were not well swept and she left an empty drink cup on the night stand.

Pros: Great staff! Eager to help and always friendly.
Cons: Limited room service menu, no service at the pool
Pros: This is the only place we stay at in Savannah now that we do not live in town. Staff is amazing! Great room and service from all of the staff. Room was very clean.
Pros: Extremely Accommodating under extended circumstances. Very friendly staff.
Pros: The staff are great. The location is also great. The complimentary beverages (not the alcohol) were a nice feature. The terrace with pool and fire pit is nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The housekeeping was fine but could have been a little bit better. Didn't leave clean towels one of the days we stayed. The fitness center is a little small.
Pros: The room was beautiful and stylish. The bed was so big and soft, I had to literally roll out of it. The staff was incredibly courteous. The continental breakfast included in my package was unlike anything I had ever seen. So many wonderful food options, and all of it was delicious! I look forward to my next stay there.
Pros: The hotel staff was great. I was quite surprised with the level of service. It struck me as being on the level of a much more expensive hotel.
Pros: The location is great. The staff is generally nice and friendly.
Cons: Never replace our shower ropes during our 5 days stay. The bathroom floor is not clean. The mattress and pillows are way to soft and I sinked into the matress. Every morning the staff will keep banging and closing the doors for supply closest and every room while they clean . It's extremely rude and unprofessional.
Pros: Comfortable, clean, convenient. Loved the facility.
Cons: Would have liked to have had a sauna and/or hot tub at facility.
A boutique hotel offering artful decor, warm hospitality and delighting in new south sophistication. Located in the heart of the fun and just a little funky prime historic downtown location. Situated across from Ellis Square, 6 stories, 151 rooms and suites and 2nd floor terrace with fire pit and pool.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The kids liked the roof top pool.
Cons: There was no place to purchase drinks or snacks. The vending machines only took cash.
Pros: Great location in the historic district. Free breakfast, clean room, nice staff. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Savannah.
Pros: - Kind and courteous staff
- Clean room with requested accommodations
- Free Breakfast!
- Centrally located in Savannah's historic district
Cons: - Rate was consistent with that of other nearby hotels but still overpriced in my opinion
Pros: Fantastic location, well run, clean, terrific.

Pros: When I went to check in at the Hampton inn on east Bay Street (the hotel I researched and selected specifically cause of its location) they told me kayak had the hotels messed up and that the hotel I was really booked at was about 11 blocks away and not on the waterfront When we got there and checked in to that hotel my wife and I went to take a shower and the water wouldn't get hot. Then we went to watch some tv and the TV didn't work. The little get away for us to relax for a night was a disaster.
Pros: Great location if you don't want to drive anywhere. the farthest we had to go was to dine at Elizabeths on 37th and we took a taxi (around $7)
Pros: Great location! Loved the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Great free breakfast too!
Ideally placed in the heart of Savannah, Georgia's charming historic district, this hotel is within walking distance to area attractions and features comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. Only steps from the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District's front doors, guests can discover Broughton Street and City Market which are filled with delicious restaurants, unique art galleries and a variety of shopping centers. Exciting River Street as well as the Savannah History Museum and the River Boat Queen are also only seconds away. The Savannah Historic District Hampton Inn provides guests with modern guestrooms furnished with flat-screen TVs and complimentary high-speed internet access. Guests at the hotel can also enjoy the free daily breakfast as well as the rooftop swimming pool, offering stunning views of the river and the city. This Savannah hotel also offers tour/ticket assistance, coffee/tea in a common area, and concierge services.
Cons: The room location was by the elevator and adjacent to the balcony of the lobby. Dogs barking at each other. It sounded amplified.
Pros: - rooms, wine hour, allowing pets, cleanliness, drinks from bar.
Cons: service and the 'no' or i'm being put out -type mentality for standard requests. I had very high expectations and am a die-hard Kimpton fan, unfortunately, with the exception of the San Francisco hotel this was the only other Kimpton disappointment in the range. I 've tried about 12+ different properties so far.
Pros: Free happy hour and coffe everyday. Great location and friendly staff.
Pros: Beautiful inside and out and the staff was amazing!!
Cons: Wish the cost was slightly lower
Pros: Location Location Location
Rather expensive for such small rooms and the bar closes early.
Cons: While modern and beautiful, they completely removed the HISTORY of the hotel that they replaced. The Brice is located in the old MULBERRY property, which was originally built in the old Coca Cola Bottling factory of Savannah. It would have been a nice touch if the Brice had kept some of the old Black and White photos that were in the halls of the old hotel and displayed them, somewhere as a way to tie the new to the history of Savannah. Instead, they completely eradicated the history. The staff is good, but not great. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, and I would rate it four. No coffee pot in the rooms until you ask for it, then its delivered and is great-keurig -why not just put one in each room? That's what I expect in five star hotels and certainly at hotels in this price point range.
Pros: Great location, hip atmosphere, comfy beds.
Cons: Seems like the staff was a bit immature or possibly new working in customer service. Check in was very "relaxed", bartender not able to help w/ wine selection, hostess made us call our own petty cab & find our own plastic cups for togo drinks. Nothing major, small courtesies like these would be expected in a place like this.
Pros: The receptionist was wonderful. We had accidentally booked the wrong date. She was more Han accommodating and even upgraded our room since it was our first family vacation! She took time and printed out restaurant recommendations and a city map.
Pros: Even though there was lots of pets at the hotel it was kept very clean. Wine social hour was very nice.
Cons: Pool was not heated.
Pros: Loved the hotel decor, comfort and great staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Great 5-5 free wine and appetizers. Great restaurant in lobby but also great food recommendations from the front desk and valet.
Cons: We checked in and the bathroom sink was broken. However, the staff was quick to fix the problem a d relocated us in 30 seconds.
Pros: Off course the location is great. staff are very friendly and helpful.
The happy hour at the hotel is the best. They provide finger food and wine for free and it provides a great opportunity to exchange some information with other guests.
They also have free bikes to rent which is awesome given that the closest place we saw that we could rent bikes was at market place.
Cons: Mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.
Pros: Great hotel. Beautiful city. Fabulous desk staff and valets.
Located in Historic Downtown, this eco-friendly hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Warren Square, Reynolds Square, and Rousakis Riverfront Plaza.
Pros: Loved the location and the history of the hotel.
Cons: Robes were suppose to be standard in every room, but we did not have them.. I requested robes to be sent to our room, but they were never delivered. Also there is suppose to be a turn down service that is standard, but we didn't receive that either .
Pros: I loved the location, the feel, the cleanliness, the staff, and the cost of this hotel. When we asked for more towels, coffee, etc, they delivered quickly. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful, and has that antique, but not dirty, feel. I would love to stay again.
Pros: Only gripe is with parking during check in.
Pros: Excellent location for the price. Love the preserved history. Tubby's was an excellent on-site restaurant. The staff was very helpful. Maybe extend the bar services and times. We'll be back to stay again!
Cons: The public restrooms were in need of attention but not bad considering the river street location
Pros: Thus hotel was close to everything. The historic atmosphere and tastefully finished rooms and period style decor was easy on the eyes. It feels like you are part of this lovely southern city. Convenient and xcellent restaurants, friendly service, reasonable rates, gorgeous. It's and comfortable clean rooms. What more could you want? Oh, and a lovely gratis private cocktail hour with wine, cheese, quail and more made dinner unnecessary!
Pros: Beautiful charm in prime location. Staff is friendly as well. Overall great stay.
Cons: Slightly too dirty for my liking (blood on the toilet seat, floor didn't appear clean, shower curtain dirty on inside as well). Also...they will stick to their 4pm check in time. We arrived around noon and was told the it was going to be several hours until the room was clean despite confirming through Kayak that my arrival would be between noon and one pm. They did accommodate my request for top floor, but could have cleaned a room and called as soon as it was ready.
Pros: Location was right on River Street. The rooms were clean enough. I liked the atmosphere, it felt very historic.
Cons: Our room was right next to the ice maker, and the noise kept us up. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Pros: I love the historic nature of the hotel. My room was very nice and I felt like I was staying in a room of a historic mansion. The bed turn down service with sweets left on your bed is a nice touch. Also enjoyed the wine and cheese reception in the lounge every evening.
Cons: No free parking. You have to park in public parking which costs $15 a day. Walls of rooms are very thin so you can hear every bump and bang in the rooms next to you. Was not impressed with the shower...the water pressure was not good.
Pros: This is my 6th time staying at the River Street Inn...every time I stay there, I love it even more. This was a last minute, one night trip and I got a great deal; I was even upgraded to a river view room! Normally I prefer modern hotels, however, I love the charm, character and history of the River Street Inn. The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is always friendly! You can't beat the location of RSI, just park your car and walk everywhere. I love the chocolate candy they put on your pillows every night and the wine and cheese social in the evenings is an added bonus! (my stay this weekend was on a Sunday, so I didn't get that perk...wish it was EVERY evening)I have stayed at several other hotels in Savannah in the past, and now there is nowhere else I'll stay except for the River Street Inn. Thank you for another GREAT experience this past Sunday y'all!
Pros: Great location, friendly and accomodating staff. Upgraded to riverview. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants on River Street as well as other attractions in the historic district. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The doorman, Chris was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent.
Cons: We were on a tight schedule and we're not able to get into our room until 4:45, 45 minutes after check in time. That ended up causing us to cancel dinner reservations. Cleaning staff was extremely loud and we were unable to take an afternoon nap because of this. We were able to hear every footstep and movement from adjacent rooms and floors which became extremely annoying.
Situated in the Historic District of Savannah, River Street Inn is within a half-mile of City Market, First African Baptist Church, Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, and Telfair Museum of Art. Old Fort Jackson and Bonaventure Cemetery are both within 4.5 miles.

When visiting Savannah, The Olde Savannah Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast available daily. Rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with nice touches like fireplaces, Egyptian cotton sheets, and premium bedding.
Pros: The outside appearance of the building along with the outdoor garden area was very nice. On arrival we were met by Dwayne who was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Cons: We had the master king room and the afternoon sun shone directly into the room. Unfortunately, the large room only had a small air conditioner unit that could not keep the room comfortable. We also thought the room and common spaces were very dirty.
Pros: Very nice bed and breakfast with good service.
Pros: Staff/friendliness/breakfast/happy hour
Cons: Bathtub height and stairs
Pros: Amenities like wine desserts and nice breakfast
Cons: Soaking tub was nice but prefer shower
Pros: The staff and location were absolutely amazing!!
Pros: Excellent Staff and Room,
Pros: Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Very nice accomodation.
Pros: The staff was amazing. The pictures online r great, but seeing it in person was awesome. We have booked our daughter's destination wedding at the Forsyth Park Inn. I know it will be gorgeous.
Pros: The location was outstanding. The building had a beautiful historical design. The hospitality of the staff was true and made us feel very welcomed.
Pros: The staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast, wine and hors d'oeuvres on the porch and the dessert buffet were such nice touches. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
If you are looking for a place that has history, beauty, romance, and is close to everything. I recommend Forsyth Park Inn. They have it all, it is quiet and the courtyard is so wonderful to sit and have coffee or wine and enjoy the garden and the fountain. Everyday the food was excellent, the portions are just right. The staff are all wonderful, they are there to assist you in anything you need and are so very friendly.
Pros: The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was excellent, the room was clean and perfect. I highly recommend Forsyth Park Inn Bed and Breakfast. They personalize your stay just to what you want.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.
When visiting Savannah, Forsyth Park Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 8:30 AM and 10 AM.
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Lots of good restaurants, sight seeing, and nightlife within walking distance.
Cons: Rooms were too small to be considered a suite. There was no pool--Savannah is too hot to not have a pool for relaxing! The AC made the room freezing when it was on but the room was hot as soon as the AC cycled off. Too expensive for what you get, but seems to be on par for the area.
Cons: We drove 6 hours to hotel and booked a month in advance, had comfirmation #and all. They cancelled out reservations without telling us and had no rooms left and neither did the area. Ended up with no choice but to sleep in our car. WORST HOtEL EVER!!!!
Pros: This hotel is located very near everything. The river walk is right across the street. Bring your walking shoes, this city is a walking city, which is what I loved.
The concierge is fantastic. Friendly and helpful.
Cons: The kitchenette could use an update.
Pros: Breakfast included. Employees in lobby were very nice.
Cons: Was not told the hotel was under renovation. Paid WAY too much for this stay. Rooms were small. Only one mirror in the whole room. Not suitable for families. Banging and pounding. Unfinished elevator. Air in room was very inconsistent. We were either very hot or very cold. In the top 5 of most disappointing hotels we've stayed at.
Pros: Comfortable bed with wonderful, friendly staff. We enjoyed the social reception and hot breakfast was a good value with the room:
Cons: We had to stay in a strange interior room with no real window or daylight. The wifi did not work and we racked up a lot of data use on our phone since we could not connect. They allow dogs to stay at what seems like a very nice hotel. It is disruptive to hear dogs barking when you are trying to relax. Also, as someone who is highly allergic it was hard to stay in a place with pets and dander. Had I known ahead of time that they allow pets, I would have likely picked a different hotel.
Pros: A little crowded at breakfast; The location is out of the way; but I chose it for the price.
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was very good, the atmosphere warm and helpful, and overall it was quite welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: The "comforter" on the bed was made of some plastic-feeling synthetic
Pros: Not much at all
Cons: The Room was quite small & had an unpleasant odor (musty)
went & bought some air freshener this cured the problem.
Unfortunately that night realized that we were under a generator of some sorts--I didn't get much sleep, what with the constant howl.
Was informed that the hotel was fully booked for Halloween, we couldn't be relocated.
(3) nights, hardly any sleep in a somewhat dated room that needs a refurb!!
NOT impressed at all--will NEVER use Staybridge again.
Even the Manager, when possible to locate staff was in my face like he wanted trouble.

Pros: Friendly staff
Location: right in the middle of shopping district and waterfront
Cons: Valet parking only: $27/ day. Nearby parking comparably high.
No free breakfast: coffee/hot drinks were available for free in the morning
Pros: Pleasant atmosphere
Cons: Late in day to check in. When the clock struck 4:00 magically the room was ready. Nothing before. Hard to believe.
Pros: Every one was very nice, helpful, and efficient
Cons: Maybe new shower curtains
Pros: Convenient, friendly
Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in June 2016. My room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was, for the most part, very kind and helpful.
Cons: The shower in my room was somewhat tricky to use. Though, once we got it working it was fine.
The wi-fi didn't work at all. It wasn't something I needed so I didn't bother to speak to a staff member to figure it out.
Pros: the location was great, close to good restaurants and in the historic district
Pros: I arrived a little after 12, They would no one at the valet to greet me nor to take my luggage, after checking into my room, roughly about an hour , I dialed room service, the front desk, and none were available when I call, I stepped out to the hallway to get ice and ice machine was broke come that evening I stepped out to pick up a friend , And it took a half hour for me to get my car for the valet was somewhere in the building doing something else, I could've paid less for better service that I received at this hotel, I am completely dissatisfied
Pros: The location is great, right on Bay St and within walking distance of major sights.
Cons: I did not see beforehand that parking is $25 per night and that there was no complementary breakfast (I believe the price was $12-15 per person).
The fitness center offers only a couple cardio machines and a set of free weights with hardly any room to use them.
Pros: Great location to everything! The lobby was beautiful. Rooms were typical for a Hilton Garden Inn.
Cons: The bathroom needed updating as well as a good cleaning. Felt like I needed to wear flip flops to even go into the bathroom. The Valet also lost our car keys for an hour and a half to finally find them in another guest's car.
Pros: Mary the concierge was wonderful!!
Pros: The room was clean and the location of the room at the end of the hall, provided a quiet and restful night of sleep. The staff was friendly and eager to answer all of our questions.
Cons: That the $25.00 parking PER night was not disclosed until we arrived. So the $105.00 value price for the night with the parking actually more than other hotels. The information about the hotel did indicate that parking was provided but never dreamed I would be charged a fee and then per night. Since I had already prepared for the hotel, my hands were tied. Many friends have inquired about my visit to Savanagh and where we stayed. I informed them about the my experience at the Hilton as being a great hotel but to watch out for the unknown ( parking).

Pros: The room was amazing. First B&B and it was a pleasant experience one I would do again. Breakfast amazing! Great location!
Cons: AC unit didn't work. Uncomfortable in the summer day but a little better at night.
Dresser Palmer House is a great choice for a stay in Savannah. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and free full breakfast is available daily. Rooms at this historic bed & breakfast offer up nice touches like fireplaces and premium bedding.
Pros: Very friendly staff and great atmosphere
Cons: Nothing bad at all
Pros: Location! Close to everything. Really liked the fact that coffee was available at all times, and the cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful--they even had a "to go" breakfast on the final day, as our flight left before breakfast was even served. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Pros: The pros of this stay here include the great location, the breakfast that's included, the cleanliness of the room's bathroom, and the courteous staff
Cons: Major cons that ruined my entire stay would include the infestation of Insects in my room (ants) on the floors and walls. The front desk associate who overcharged my card two more times after I had already booked and paid for my room online. And me not getting the type of room I requested when I booked and paid online. I will also like to include the poor parking unless you're paying for valet.
Pros: Great morning breakfast, easy walk to all sites.
Pros: The hotel was a short walk away from River Street. Hotel has the old world charm in keeping with Savannah. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Not ideal that the parking deck is a couple of blocks away from the hotel and costs $15 per day.
I reserved a King room but we had to stay in a room with 2 Double beds because there were no kings available when we checked in.
Pros: We could easily walk to the beautiful and bustling riverfront where all the action was - great restaraunts, shops, etc.
Pros: Easy check in and friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom floor was a bit dirty
Cons: No parking
Pros: the comfortable beds
Cons: I was charged for $90 of parking when I was told it would be $60 for 2 nights. The staff did not seem to be extremely helpful either.
Cons: some street noise

Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff. Good coffee & Krispy Kreme doughnuts in lobby. Fun decor. Comfy beds with clean bedding. Recycling bin in room.
Cons: Thin walls- could hear street & neighbors. Too bright at night- needs darkening shades. Motion sensor in bathroom loud & annoying. Had to pay $7.50 a night to park in hotel's narrow parking spaces.
Pros: Great value for the price
Five minute drive to river street
Extremely comfortable bedding
Cons: The bathroom was comically small. Prepare yourself. I also didn't find the staff to be particularly helpful or friendly. On top of that, they were discussing work drama while we were trying to check in- highly unprofessional. I might as well have not been standing there for all the attention they gave me.
Pros: Room was clean, if sparsely furnished. Easy access to downtown and campus.
Cons: Sink faucet was practically non-functional, slight trickle of water only. No toilet paper in bathroom. Sparsely furnished beyond beds and side table.
Pros: Staff was helpful, good location
Cons: Frig did not work for entire stay abd staff was notified first day but they did give us a discount on room at check out.
Located in Historic Downtown, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of SCAD Museum of Art, Savannah Civic Center, and Liberty Square. Chatham County Courthouse and Ships of the Sea Museum are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: The staff was really friendly, all over us as far as customer service comes.
Cons: They could not find our reservation at first, but after 10 minutes it appeared. Then they weren't sure they could get us into 2 queen room, but they eventually found one. I think they were all still learning the system, they had only been open for 2 weeks.
Our newly renovated boutique property is located in the heart of Savannah Historic District on the corner of Bay and Barnard Street. Steps away from City Market and the best restaurants, night life, shopping, and attractions the city has to offer. This 19th century, architectural masterpiece is now the most charming boutique hotel in Savannah that effortlessly combines modern luxury and contemporary design with classic historic picturesque flare.
Pros: Fairly close to the city market and river street. $5 UBER ride back and forth or about a 4 block walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Valet parking only, and it's $18 per day.
Pros: We really liked the walking proximity to everything. If you walk, bring a backpack for water and stuff you buy. The staff was Southern hospitality at it's Savannah best. The hotel was clean and they provided plenty of towels for the pool. For downtown, the rate wasn't bad. The railroad museum, a revolutionary war battlefield, and the Savannah Visitor's Center are right there.
Cons: I thought there could have been a continental breakfast in there and some clarification on how/where to park would be nice. If you don't do the $18 for valet, then you'll pay about $5 less (a day) for the city parking garage across the street ( it does depend on what part of the week it is for what you pay). There is only one choice of pillow and that's squishy.
Cons: I wish that we could've made our checkout time later than 1pm.
Pros: Very clean, spacious rooms. the staff with extremely nice and valet was very convenient. The location is perfect for river street and the other tourist spots. This was my first time staying at courtyard Marriott and I will definitely stay again.
Cons: We did online check in and they didn't use it
Pros: old savannah tour was the best
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Lack of details. Towels are old with stains. Seems to be below Mariott standard.
Pros: Located across street from Civic Center.
Cons: Even on 5th floor we could hear red light green light traffic all night.

Pros: I called and asked that sparkling juice and Champagne glasses be in the room for my boyfriend and I. The staff was instructed to call with the cost before setting up. The young called and there was no cost. She even included candies and rose petals.
Pros: Close to the airport and retail.
Cons: No tourist brochures in the lobby, or a local attraction magazine in the room.
We stayed at this hotel as no options were available in historic or downtown Savannah. It was not too far from our destination. I found it odd since it was an airport hotel and quite close to historic Savannah that no information pamphlet options were available. It was even more odd that hotel staff acted like I was the only one who would ever have asked for such a request. (I did find one magazine with restaurant food options. With no help from the staff) While waiting for taxi and a bit chilled in lobby I could not find a bench outside near lobby entrance to sit. Thought the hotel might like to know these tidbits
room 205 needed bathroom door stop refastened to door. was reported to the check out person
Pros: Front desk staff during evenings were great.
Cons: Housekeeper seemed to be upset when we weren't quite ready to leave for the day based on her schedule.
It was nice and clean. Will comes back
Pros: It was very clean and had a tastey breakfast
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
Cons: Wish there was an indoor pool
Pool was very dirty appeared not to have been cleaned in days bugs took over. Front desk staff stood around rather that clean the common area which was very dusty, or change the coffee which was warm. On checking in staff was not overly friendly and made me feel as I was interrupting them. No goodbye or anything on the way out. Realized I left an item in the room after leaving, called that night front desk left message for house keeping to call me back next day never happened. I called the next day this time they did call me back to say they would have head of house keeping call the next day again never happened. I called back the third day never got to speak to house keeping rather the lad on the front desk who had my name wrong and never asked me what the item was just told me they never found it. Would never stay there again. We love the Hampton inns too just not this one.
Cons: Pool and common areas were dirty, staff were not overly pleasant, staff did not return phone calls over lost item lack management and organization
