Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, with many enjoying its proximity to attractions and scenic views. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of breakfast, outdated amenities, and poor service, with some guests mentioning unhelpful staff and closed facilities. Overall, while the setting and cleanliness stood out, service and amenities left much to be desired for many visitors.
