The exceptional service. Really comfy beds, The beach club.
Compulsory valet parking
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And beach club was very good.
Better restaurant, improved menu not just snack food. Also better service in bar and outside ,First day we had to wait at least 15 minutes before we were ask if we would like a drink, the next day we had to go and find some staff to serve us. Also very miserable reception staff.
Service, the beach resort was beautiful
The bar was too small for such a large hotel
The sheets, pillows, bed were divine. The tv seemed HUGE. Personnel were above and beyond.
Departing took a long time. Asked the desk to call for my car but not sure it was done. As I waited a long time and finally asked one of the valets to call for it again. It came right up.
Service and staff are worth the splurge !
