The location is excellent, the staff is efficient and helpful, and the rooms, though small, are comfortable and clean. Given the price they charge, this hotel really is a great option for anyone, whether you're exploring Sarajevo on holiday or in town on business.Pros: The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, speak excellent English, and are genuinely eager to help with anything they can. They even offered to help us order pizza delivery one night when we were tired and didn't feel like venturing out for dinner!Cons: Although we didn't have this issue, I heard other guests complaining that their rooms had no windows at all, so if you need sunlight, make sure to ask for a room with a window. Also, the interior walls are a bit thin, so it can get noisy at times.
Location is good across the river from old town. No elevators, be prepared to haul your bags upstairs. Rooms vary, all small, not all have window. Small bathrooms, most rooms noisy from street noises. Partial continental breakfast mostly an assortment of packaged items. Average value for money. The hotel is clean. Wish the laundry cleaning supplies in Bosnia were odor free. The laundry cleaning odor tends to permeate bedding and part of floor where it is located. It may not matter to some but if you are allergic to odorless, this is not the place for you.Cons: Rooms are not accurately or fully detailed in description.
