Clean and comfortable.
Not a great breakfast or location. It is a budget hotel, but great for the price!
I liked that the staff was so nice and understanding! && That they compensated for our room having so many issues.
Our sheets were stained, not enough towels, and it stormed and water leaked into our room through a light fixture and straight down into our A/C unit and next to an outlet!
My husband and I went to visit family in San Antonio. It was small, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to visit while we were there. They have a fitness center and a pool that hardly anyone uses, which was a great getaway for my husband and I to relax after a long day. The staff was nice and courteous and did not hesitate to help.
Staff is prompt and helpful. I was able to change my reservation upon my arrival to include a second queen bed.
It was pretty dirty behind the beds. There was an issue with the air conditioner initially, but it kicked in and wound up working fine. A couple of the staff members seemed pretty unfriendly. The breakfast is extremely lackluster.
Loved the price. Room was bigger than we expected. No bugs, no stains, everything was pretty clean, although a bit old. First room smelled horrible, but Janet at the front desk immediately moved us to a much better room. Other guests were pretty decent folks. Budget hotel, but no riff-raff here! Great breakfast set up every morning. Room had fridge, microwave, cabinets, and small kitchen sink - al...
It's in a more industrial part of town, with nothing within walking distance. The pool was ridiculously small (not that I'm a pool person, but most of the other guests I came across did comment on it, so I assume a lot of folks want to know). Decor wasn't very modern, and room colors were pretty drab. Could spruce the place up with some bright colors a bit.Read more
Staff nice. I have bites on my body from sheets. Smoke alarm wires hanging. Google the hotel and even the pictures shown is one of an unmade bed
Staff friendly
The staff was friendly. The place seemed mostly clean. The empty frames of "art" in the elevator.
The bed was lumpy, the pillows flat and only three to share with a couple. The armoire was missing a door, the tissue holder broke when we tried to use it. The breakfast was terrible. The room was tiny and the small stuff mattress over the AC unit was neither comfortable or practical.
My boyfriend & I went there for a romantic getaway. I decided to get out of my comfort zone(I only stay at Marriot hotels when traveling) & try something new. I love the way the hotel is setup & I really loved the design of our room/suite. The location is really close to the AT&T Center. Overall I would say, you get exactly what you paid for.
We had a feeling that our bed linen was not clean due to the fact that there was stains on the sheet & we also had to wipe the sheet before getting in bed (This could be just something in my mind since I only stay at the Marriot).
Was clean and nice rooms and was just cheap
The rooms are functional, however not very large. Out of the three rooms we had, we had one bedbug and one room that smelled smokey a little. Other than that it is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a bed. We were heading to the military base for a ceremony and it was very convenient for us to get there. Only about a five minute drive.
