Pros (+) We recently stayed one night at Castellamar and were very happy with the facilities. The hotel is small and doesn't have a lot of amenities but it's a great value if you've mostly using it just for sleeping in. It's location is great with just a quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and St Maxime's old town and markets. The hotel is clean, private, secure and the staff is REALLY friendly and helpful.
