Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, breakfast was frequently mentioned as a weak point, with guests finding it basic or lacking in quality. Some guests noted occasional noise issues and minor maintenance problems, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.
