Convenient for travelling into town - off road parking at rear of hotel.
The room was very modern and nice but the bed was as hard as a plank. I use a lot of hotels in my job and you are not the only one but for some reason hotels equate a new bed with a very hard bed.

Its handy position for Richmond and the train station
The coverlet on the beds were stained and torn which let the hotel down a little bit. The sheets and towels and general cleanliness was good despite this.

the location...being very central to Richmond, and ease of gettng to Twickenham Rugby ground.
the rooms wre clean and comfortable, bu a little too hot...even when radiator turned off ,it was still hot...
