Poor. Flight was delayed by 50 mins. Poor quality aircraft. Aged, few parts broken. Bad plane.
Somehow increase the recline of economy seats.

Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.
I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.
Great flight, great aircraft and awesome team
Although the flight was delayed and out of their control, we boarded and were underway in no time. The crew were great, the service A1 and the meal was superb ( I had the chicken dish). I would fly with Qantas again, anytime. Noel Swift
Overall, it was a very good experience. I would have given it a 10/10, especially based on our flight from SFO to Melbourne. The cabin crew on that flight were wonderful and incredibly attentive. They took extra care when setting up our beds so we could sleep comfortably without being disturbed. Dinner was served promptly and smoothly. I woke up quite late, when the flight was already preparing for landing, and the crew still made sure I was taken care of. They brought me English tea in a proper cup, and when it was time to prepare the cabin for landing, they thoughtfully transferred it into a takeaway cup so I could continue enjoying it along with some breakfast. Those small, thoughtful gestures made the long flight feel much more comfortable and special. The service from the SFO to Melbourne crew was truly excellent.
Despite having numerous passengers held up by American Airlines delays. Qantas (an AA partner) closed boarding with 0 flexibility
Having the computer outage compounded by delayed takeoff while waiting for aircrew (who were also delayed) resulted in me missing my int’l flight

Depending on your personal preferences, there are four classes that you can choose to fly in with Qantas Airways. Economy is a standard choice that gives you access to amenities such as in-flight entertainment and free snacks, while Premium Economy will provide you with a warm meal and complimentary alcoholic beverages. For a particularly comfortable trip, opt for Business, as you will have access to a spacious lie-down seat, or First, a luxurious option that includes a bed, free pajamas, slippers, and toiletries, including a dental kit and lotion.
This airline’s fleet is composed of upwards of 5 different types of aircrafts that add up to over 130 individual planes, with most of them being either Boeing or Airbus. The Boeing 737-800 is the company’s smallest plane, as it can only fit up to 174 passengers, but it is also used the most frequently, as it is convenient for middle-range flights. Holding up to almost 500 people, the Airbus A380-800 is the aircraft that is used most often for long international flights.
