Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants and transportation. Many reviewers also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and noise disturbances, which negatively impacted some guests' experiences. While some found the hotel clean and well-maintained, others reported problems with outdated facilities, lack of amenities, and misleading room photos. Overall, the location and staff were the main highlights, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Pros (+) The location is really great. Right near the city center and lots of restaurants. Staff was very nice.
Cons (-) Lots of little annoyances: no outlet near most of the beds, hostel had no drinking water on my second day, hot rooms. By far the worst part was outside the hostel there was actual jack hammering happening all night -- from 10pm until 5am. Obviously not the fault of the hostel, but a terrible experience, and one I'm surprised they wouldn't at least warn guests about.
