We were due to stay in Graduate last weekend as part of a wider trip from Ireland but due to a family death 2 days prior we had to cancel. While I fully understand it was a non refundable booking, the other 3 hotels on our trip (which were also non refundable) all kindly offered their condolences & a good will refund. We got neither from Graduate. We won’t return

The hotel is stunning - I loved the decor and attention to detail throughout. Our room was spacious, clean and met our needs perfectly. The front desk staff were kind, approachable and helpful. We loved getting coffee and tea in the morning at Poindexter.

Pros (+) Room and it's amenities were good. On our floor somebody was smoking marijuana so that wasn't nice
Cons (-) State of Rhode Island now has Max capacity in all restaurants. This hotel's restaurant we're not open, coffee shop was not open, basically excepy a room you will get nothing. It is very inconvenient in the morning special that there's no breakfast and you have to leave the hotel. I would imagine for parents with small kids this would be awful. Pros (+) The man who checked me in (not sure of his name) was absolutely amazing and so pleasant and friendly! Room was clean, beds are so comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Key cards are interesting and collectible. Location is fantastic
Cons (-) There is no public restroom. So if you check-out and then have bags held before you depart Providence, you can't use any bathroom at the hotel as they don't have a public one.
