Pros: Clean, central, spacious room!

Cons: Bed needs a new mattress!

Pros: Location was a little distance from the centre of Pozzuoli but the service demonstrated by the staff was exceptional ! We had an outstanding dinner in the Hotel and the continental breakfast in the morning was such good value at only 3 euro's each ! We use the Hotel as an overnight stop before sailing out to Ischia. We have no reservations in recommending this Hotel !

Pros: Spacious and clean room

Cons: Terrible beds ( cheap folding beds) & pillows, our door didn’t close unless it was being locked. Very noisy. We could hear everything what was going on in the rooms next to us.

Pros: The breakfast is a simple buffet. But it's lovely. The hotel is clean, your room is clean and its really close to everything you would want in the area. The WiFi works.

Pros: Hotel santa marta is a wonderful hotel that I stay. Place is near arco felice station . Staff is very pleasant . Room ia adorable.

Pros: The view was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. Having a large terrace overlooking the bay and Mt Vesuvius was great.

Cons: A little dated on the inside and I would like a larger shower, but, it seems the showers are often smaller in Europe, so, I guess I can’t complain about that.

Pros: The hotel has private parking space. Breakfast was very good. Our room had a beautiful and large balcony. Though we didn't use the swimming pool, it looked amazing. The lighting outside when evening falls is very well done and colourful.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the bay, very peaceful location. Free shuttle to the town or port on request too!

Cons: Nothing really. There was a wedding party on but we were not ignored by the staff and still had dinner at the hotel which was very good.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic. Was offered breakfast room service so I accepted this service for my first morning there, but my breakfast never turned up cos of staff miscommunication apparently. The toilet waste water pipe from upstairs room came through my room in the wall somewhere, so everytime upstairs had a toilet I heard it being flushed via my room. Next doors bathroom basin water pipes I could hear through the walls everytime they used it. Because all the flooring on my floor level was tiled, I could hear people in high heels and hard footwear walking all during the evenings. The wi-fi was very poor, if you stood too far away from the room door then you'd lose connection. For some reason, there was a telephone kept in the corridor on my floor level, so everytime it rang it was loud. People (staff I guess) hoovering the corridor during the evenings - all the above didn't give me any peace and quiet. On my last night there, a couple had loud sex for about 30 minutes in one of the rooms on my floor level. It total, my stay here was pretty miserable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Pros: the staf is very kind and want to help in every thing.the place is near the beach so beautiful and very quite.i liked so much the birds sound in the morning.

Pros: It was very beautiful and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Food was also good. Good value for money.

Cons: Book this hotel only if you have a car or a scooter. Or if you are ready to pay for a taxi. The bus goes only each 45min towards the train station. But there is no bus to the beach. You cannot go straight to the see by foot, because there are mountains on the way. If you want to go to the beach you should walk 4-5 km. Its a pity that hotel does not offer a bike or an opportunity to rent a bike/scooter. Around you cannot rent a car for a few days.

Pros: A number of apartments set over different buildings, had to change room due to thin walls and noisy neigbours, easy to walk into town, quite area, some rooms have good views, cafes close by for breakfast and restaurants walking distance, apartments clean, however clearly needs decoration.

Pros: Apartments are well appointed. Has everything you need. Very close to supermarket and train station. Very clean apartments, cleaning staff also very friendly. No problem arriving late at night, very accommodating all round

Pros: Comfortable beds, daily clean linens, very clean rooms. AC worked great. Wonderful location with a beautiful view and within walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes as well as the lungomare.

Cons: Inconsistent hot water and water pressure. We had a room with a kitchenette but it wasn't adequately stocked with flatware for 3 people. No tea kettle.

Pros: Staff were lovely. Surrounding greenery.nice size pool.

Cons: Breakfast was very sparse and often cold scrambled egg,with no variety, had to keep asking for them to replenish food. Pool was very cold. Worst of all was the mealtimes, we had two young children and were told restaurant does not open till 8.00pm which is far too late for them to eat, and lack of variety. This is on a motorway with only a petrol station so nowhere to get anything. Did get out and about in taxi which cost us between 20 and 30 euros fare each way.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Agave Hotel. The food was delicious, the pool was lovely and the staff - well, we couldn't have asked for more. They bent over backwards to give us a wonderful stay! My son and I are both gluten intolerant, and they coped really well with this. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled by train a lot, and trains are very cheap and you can book online if you feel you need to for long journeys. The free shuttle bus took us to the Pozzuolli station when we visited Naples. The train journey is relatively short for Naples too.

Cons: The Agave is just off a busy road, and so you can't walk anywhere. You have to use taxis to go anywhere, and they are rather expensive! But there is a free shuttle bus to the centre of town or the station at 11am, coming back at 5.00pm.

Cons: !!! Becareful about transport situation. Hotel is on highway - you can't go anywhere unless you have car or taxi!!!

Pros: Small but really green and nice hotel. Very supportive personnel, nice family feeling atmosphere, nice food in evening restaurant. You can spend good time in nice pool during hot days. Very helpful owner who is almost everyday in the hotel. Very good localization- next to Napoli, Pompei, Baia, Vesuvio and Pozoulli.

Cons: Breakfast- everyday the same and not good.

Pros: Really supportive and nice personnel. Good food specially in the evenings and nice atmosphere. Very nice pool and pool service. Great localization- close to Napoli, Terms, Vesuvio, Pompei, Pozzouli, Beach and Baia .

Cons: Bathrooms- not clean and old. Specially showers. Breakfast everyday the same and f.e. cold eggs.

Pros: Convenient for day-tripping by car into Pozzuoli, Naples, Airport - and safe off-road parking. A lovely pool with bar for afternoons relaxing - and evening dinner by the pool-side - great food and service.

Cons: note the pool closes at 6pm - would have liked another hour or so - even with the sun down

Pros: A correct tourist hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet (on the sea side). Cuma train station to Napoli is within walking distance.

Cons: Nothing really. The parking spaces are limited, although we managed to get one every day.

Pros: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooftop had a nice view of the bay. The room was large and there were several restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. There was free parking at the hotel.

Cons: The toilet was difficult to flush. The shower was the size of a telephone booth, and the bed was way too firm. There was only one window with no view so the room was somewhat dark. The bathroom was very long and narrow so not much room to move around or sit on the toilet. They could use a small table in the bathroom to set things on. The walls in the main area of the quadruple room were dirty.

Pros: Staff were awesome and very friendly. Room was clean and cleaned every day.

Cons: Breakfast starts 7:15 which was too late for me. Showerbox is very small but as a normal sized person it was good for me. Bed was hard but only took one night to get used to. Toilet was leaking water from tank and the refilling sound was constant, luckily doors were able to quiet that down at night. Restaurant upstairs closes at 6pm eventough they say that it closes at 8pm.

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere. Abundant and diverse continental buffet breakfast. Tasteful well lit and comfortable lounge area near bedrooms. Friendly staff who responded promptly to requests. I contacted hotel at short notice for two beds instead of one matrimonial and they complied and we got a sea view too. When I bought a ceramic wall-hanging from hotel they beautifully gift-wrapped it for me. They let us leave luggage in safe place after check out to pick up later before our flight. Just lovely people.

Cons: Lights in bedroom a little dim but not a big deal really. Locks on bathroom door a bit clunky and noise woke my room partner (light sleeper anyway - she gets her own room next time) Really not much to dislike without nit-picking. Hair-dryer a bit antiquated and ineffective, but hey hair dries quickly in Italian sun even in December. Restaurant often closed but it was off season and there were lots of eating places nearby.

Pros: Decent 3 star hotel with own parking. Good if you want to go to dive center which is a 5 minute walk max. Good coffee at breakfast. Staff helpful.

Cons: THIS PLACE IS USED FOR MEN WHO PICK UP PROSTITUTES. THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS POOR. NO CELL SERVICE.

Pros: Location was excellent, owner was very kind and she could not have been a nicer or more concerned when I wasn’t happy. The breakfast was good and clean in that area. Pizza place down the road is amazing.

Cons: I don’t mind old or outdated furniture. My priorities are good air conditioning in the summer and that it’s clean. The stuff want just old it was literally falling apart and put first room was so dirty we had to change rooms and the shower door fell off when we were trying to close it. The second room was better but still issues. The owner was so nice and apologetic many many times and really gave it to the cleaning lady the next day - and rightfully so. She even took money off the cost but they need to get that taken care of and fix their bathrooms and other furniture. I didn’t get photos sorry.

Pros: Very close to ferries, good place in case you need to stay overnight before the boat to Ischia or other islands. Safe underground parking.

Cons: I wouldn't say the hotel is good for its price. The hotel is quite penny-plain and looks more like a motel for overnight stay.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to reach with public transportation. It would be helpful if there were bus schedules available at the reception. Also while I was away, the Do Not Disturb sign I put on the door was ignored and housekeeping had entered anyway.

Pros: I made a reservation on my way to Naples because in the place I should have stayed there was not room due to a misunderstanding. I just Booked one night but my wife and me finally staid there for a week. The staff is absolutely outstanding. The breakfast is very good in a nice place. I found the covered parking very convenient for protecting the car. The room for 3 I got was big (which is not common in Italy) and very clean. I really liked this hotel and the people there. The hotel is located in Pozzuoli and that was good for my needs. By the way, going to Naples in car is a chaos...take the public transportation.

Cons: No phone in the room. Internet wasn't working all the time No soap , one towel only Air conditioner could not be regulated, freezing cold or hot. To park the car you must borrow the garage opener take the car from the underground parking across four lane major road. Park the car at the gas station and risk your life by crossing the four lane road with no pedestrian cross road. We had to change theee rooms the first night to find a room that had working internet. Breakfast was was very limited and the box of juice was suppose co contain pulp also, instead was clear watered juice.. We left a day earlier because we were not happy at all. Do not go to this hotel......

Cons: The main issue is that the ocean view mean that you have a train below your window... start early in the morning and run until late night...

Cons: As with all of Naples and surrounding area, roads are busy and challenging to drive. Property decoration was tired and position was next to a railway line. The trains stopped at 11pm and the room was comfortable and clean if a little worn.

Pros: A typical Italian breakfast - cakes, yogurt, fruit salad, stuffed croissants, rolls, biscuits and jam / chocolate spread. Butter should be asked. Good coffee. Four spacious and comfortable rooms suitable for 3 people. There is a refrigerator. Noteworthy - the owner is very friendly and very helpful in any way possible, above all expectations.

Cons: The car can not be reached to the hotel entrance, but the owner handles the suitcases and then takes the car to the hotel's parking area and returns it in the morning when asked, so this is not a real problem. 4 high floors, no elevator. Not suitable for the disabled.

Pros: The hotel was in a great position near the water. The room was large with a small verandah with a partial view of the sea. The staff were great, carrying our heavy bas up 4 flights of stairs. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit every morning.

Cons: I am not partial to hard beads and hard pillows but this is what you get in Italy.

Cons: Great breakfast, great staff. Very quiet considering it is just around the corner from the ferry terminal.

Pros: This location is great, close to transportation options. We enjoyed our outdoor space. The staff was fantastic, special thanks for the lift to Phlegraean Fields.

Cons: Stairs are steep and narrow so having a room on an upper floor can be challenging. Staff was helpful with getting luggage to and from the room.

Pros: Very comfortable with pleasant furnishings in a quiet area Host was very amenable and helpful

Cons: The walk up from the town was a little unpleasant in the dark and no pavement

Pros: Really calm location, nice garden and great to visit cities nearby. Orlando who was taking care of the accommodation has been really kind and helpful.
