Pros: Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.
Cons: Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.

Pros: My girlfriend and I are traveling through Portugal and Spain and the Vincci Porto hotel has by far been the best. The location is a good walking distance from the city, however it is doable and the tram stops right outside of the hotel. The staff is friendly and the facility is amazing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Porto
Cons: WiFi connection wasn't that great

Cons: A bit far from the historic centre if you are a tourist - however there is a bus stop virtually outside on two lines that take you to the centre and it is only a 10 minute walk from the metro. Cab from the centre is 6-7euros.

Pros: We stayed in one of the apartments and loved the space and location. This was a great value! Apartment was very clean.
Cons: The cafe below is noisy at night. The windows closed were about to block out sounds, however, we had a little trouble with the A/C units. They kept switching to fan mode rather than A/C throughout the night and we didn't know how to fix it. I won't rule out user error.
