Pros (+) The staff onsite was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the pool was OK.
Cons (-) This hotel offered an all-inclusive that wasn’t truthful. They were severely short staffed, didn’t have food or liquor inventory to fulfill the demand of our group. It was so terrible a part of the group moved to another hotel.
