Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near attractions and the beach. However, many reviews highlight significant negatives, including ongoing construction, noise disturbances, poor cleanliness, and maintenance issues. Amenities such as the pool, rooftop, and room facilities are often unavailable or in poor condition, and service is frequently described as unhelpful or lacking. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel's current state and management leave much to be desired.

Mediocre
Francheskie, Sept 2020
Pros (+) The staff onsite was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the pool was OK.
Cons (-) This hotel offered an all-inclusive that wasn’t truthful. They were severely short staffed, didn’t have food or liquor inventory to fulfill the demand of our group. It was so terrible a part of the group moved to another hotel.
