The property is nice and the room was comfortable. But breakfast service is pathetic, worse than 2 stars. Very limited selection, mostly bagels. On one day, they were out of cream cheese. Seriously?

Pros (+) The staff did what they could to assist me and try to make up for my complaints. When I asked the staff about quality of the breakfast buffet, they told me they were under-staffed and could not keep up with expectations because of the economy. The front desk was mystified why I would complain about the rooms because the Lobby was so nice. I had to go to the front desk to find a hostess at the rest...
Cons (-) Room was SMALL and full of old outdated, scuffed up furniture. Bed was terrible and loud, full of creaky springs. The bedding was like a hospital or a dorm room. The bathroom was tiny and very utility focused. I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for less money. I felt like this was a "Bait & Switch", like the photos on the web were fake or STAGED.

Pros (+) Loved the look of the hotel. Very modern and beautiful.
Cons (-) The toilet did not work upon arrival. Called twice to get it fixed, but did not get fixed. Had to go to first floor from 6th everytime toilet use was in need. Definitely not happy about that.

Pros (+) Pretty sure the housekeeping folded my clothes. That's weird.
Cons (-) Didn't quite follow the card provided for green housekeeping. Hung towels still replaced. Would have been alright with them being left to reuse.
