Pros: Helpful staff close to the leaning tower. Lovrd the grocery store next door. Property had a nice kitchen.
Cons: Room much smaller than picture. Balcony is a patio
Pros: The location was amazing. Short walk to tower, plenty restaurants on your doorstep and a supermarket next door. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Girl that met us very friendly and helpful. There is a communal kitchen with free coffee, tea and snacks and facilities for use.
Cons: We were told the cafe that you got breakfast from was open at 7.15am, but it was more 7.45am. Found this out by going at 7.15am in the pouring rain. Need to update this information. Our external bathroom had a key, but it didn't lock.
Cons: The B&B was on a busy/noisy street
Pros: The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. All in all, a nice stay.
Cons: Our window was facing the street, so there were some noise issues. We were able to sleep just fine, but a light sleeper probably would have issues.
Pros: Everything was great.
Cons: Shower was inefficient.
Pros: Very Clean, bright space, great choice of breakfast and great location near to Pisa Tower. Helpful staff. Close by restaurants, Pizzerias and ice cream shops.
Pros: Close to tower
Cons: Uncomfortable bed, dark room
Pros: The help was great! Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was worn out; there were too many beds and though the room was large it was not comfortable.
Pros: Our stay was very plesureable one, perfect location for all Pisa tourist attractions and nice walk away from the central train station for all transfers. Also nice located away from the airport.
Cons: THey was nothing we didn't like during our stay.
Pros: The room seemed newly renovated and the bathroom was nice.
Cons: First impression of this place was not good, a lot of dirty old stairs welcomed us. Staff not so welcoming either. We got placed in the place "next door" which in fact was waaaay down the street. So you are no longer under the tower... The main place had coffee making facilities and a honor bar. This place nothing. The back door of this room did not lock, so it was not so safe and the area behind the door was filled with dirty laundry and trash. Over the main door to our room it was open space. So anyone could jump over, with help of a chair, not very safe huh? I do not recommend this place.
Pros: The location.
Cons: It is a B&B and no hotel. Beds were broken, which is dangerous because I need physiotherapy to fix my back because of the incident. Furthermore, the owner/staff is unreachable and unfriendly when you need them. So bad service, big mess with administration. Besides, the shower and toilet seat were broken. Annoying sound of boiler in the bathroom when sleeping.
Cons: No Staff, No reception. Hotel is on fourth floor and without lift
Pros: very near pisa tower, good access to restaurants
Cons: no lift, no double bed.. only 2 single beds joined together
Pros: The location is excellent - right beside the Tower and restaurants.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.
Cons: no elevator
Pros: Fantastic location just 50 m from the Leaning tower, wonderful owner who picked us up at the airport at no extra cost at midnight, excellent room and free internet access
Cons: Breakfast could be included in the price
Pros: very near Leaning Tower...just a few steps away
Pros: The people who were here are wonderful - so helpful and friendly and the views from the terrace were spectacular!
Cons: no cocked food in breakfast (eggs, beacon)
Pros: Very polite and helpful receptionists.Very convenient location and quiet area. Nice bed with hard mattress and pillows.
Cons: Sound proof was not as expected and mentioned on your site.Basic breakfast but with nice espresso. Limited facilities in the room and accessories in the bathroom. Too expensive for what this hotel offers.
Pros: Close to the tower of Pisa in a quiet and old part of town.
Cons: Having to wait ages to get the bill.
Pros: Nice staff and comfortable room. Close to the historical sites and commercial center. Water is warm and big.
Cons: The single room should has a more convenient place to hang the show towel.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: We liked every thing
Pros: location was good everything very near you can go by walking the guy in the front desc was very helpful !
Cons: Breakfast was as far as i see typical to be poor in italy.
Pros: Breakfast was average, rather good. Location was optimal for visiting Pisa.
Located in Pisa (Pisa City Centre), Aduepassidaltreno Affittacamere is within a 10-minute walk of Leaning Tower and National Museum of San Matteo. Featured amenities include express check-out, luggage storage, and an elevator.
Pros: This was one of the most comfortable sleeps I've had across europe. Big beds! Fully closing windows so you can sleep in
Pros: They give you the room and the keys to the place, so you can come and leave when you want, which is convenient. The common bathroom is nice and clean. Internet woks well. There are some sweets in the room. Nice kitchen.
Cons: There is no change of bed sheets or towels, take it into account if you stays for several days. The owner is never in the place, so it might be hard to check in (but he waits for you usually) but on the other hand you can do whatever you want :)
Pros: Staff were amazing and very helpful. Really lovely place to stay. Would recommend it. :)
Cons: Value for money. Great location. A bit loud from the street.
Pros: Room was nice and stuff was really helpful.
Cons: Well classical problems of staying with others. Common spaces were spmetimes unpleasant, dirty. We could only keep our bags for 3-4 hlurs in hostel as we see the city.
Pros: The guest house is extremely well placed, can't stress that enough. It is, by foot at no particularly fast pace, at 25mn from the airport and maybe 10-15mn from the train station. Inside the facilities are pretty good. We were in the Eurostar room, which has a view to the main road. Bathrooms, although common with the rest of the rooms, are spacious enough and clean. The staff is welcoming and happy to help out with going around in Pisa.
Cons: The Eurostar room could use a bit more soundproofing against the road. Saturday evening was pretty racouous outside. My kid sleeps like a rock, so no big deal, but some double glazing may help out.
Pros: The location was great and you had everything you need in the room (towels, soaps and even a few little packaged breakfast foods). The shared bathrooms were big and clean. It's a cute little place to stay with nice spacious rooms.
Cons: The check-in process was a little unusual as the staff aren't always on site. To be fair, they do give you detailed instructions (just make sure keep a copy on hand to review when you get there!)

Cons: Quality of sound isolation is very poor and design is uncomfortable
Pros: Location is bit far from the main city, however it can be easily reachable. breakfast was good as well as the staff.
Pros: Loved the buffet breakfast. The staff was also very helpful with arranging taxis for us. The kid games in the lobby was also a bonus for my 4 year old.
Cons: They stated that they could provide transportation to the airport but upon request we were told that our flight was too early for the service so we had to take a taxi.
Pros: Very comfortable, warm apartment. Especially like bathroom and green terrace.
Cons: Location is not the best.
Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: The noise in the hall at midnight was a bit much to deal with.
Pros: I am a regular. The staff are great. They have become my friends I VISIT THE NEAR BY HOSPITAL. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great ....Cant wait till next Sunday again.
Cons: Too many chinese.... Sorry but you asked
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Bed sheets were changed every day and our room was well kept.
Pros: Extremely good breakfast. Delicious and varied food. Lots of fruit
Cons: the hotel is at four-star level. It has everything you need. I did not like the design of the rooms
When you stay at Hostel Pisa Tower in Pisa, you'll be in the historical district, just steps from Leaning Tower and 5 minutes by foot from Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and microwave in a common area.
Cons: Lockers are small and beds are quite squeeky but great cozy place with great staff and location! Good wifi!
Pros: The people were very nice and helpful.
The facilities and its decoration was very nice.
(They had a washing machine that may have been included)
Cons: The shower for the second floor had a lot of mold. I think they should clean it, including the walls at least each week.
The individual lights were in my opinion too bright, so they illuminated the whole room and bordered the other guests.

Cons: Nothing of note
Pros: Very clean
Pros: This is a good hotel if you want something in a great location with no frills. Very simple, clean and nothing special. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be. Rooms were simple, small and clean. The bathroom was nice and good sized.
Pros: Everything was perfect, most impressive and out of our expectation was the safe parking! Location was also good with a distance of walk to the leaning tower, and shopping street just a few steps.
Pros: The room was spacious, warm and very clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great, in a quiet street but only a few blocks away from shops and restaurants, and <10 min walk from station.
Cons: Room could do with an update
Pros: Good location. Good value for the money.
Cons: Don't bother with the breakfast if it is not included in your reservation. It is not worth the price.
Pros: Great breakfast, great staff! The rooms are clean, but in room #114 was noisy at night (the dishwasher/washing machine was noisy or something else).

Pros: very friendly and helpfull staff, had a great stay
Pros: The staff were really helpful and friendly!
Cons: The hotel was old, there was no blankets, there was just some kind of thick sheet with no covertour. They used this insecticide lamps which are carcinogenic and the room smelled of them. The bath cabin was very old and hardly closed.
Pros: Staff and Cleaness
Pros: The rooms are clean, warm (it’s winter now) and comfortable. Staff is really friendly. Great value for money.
Cons: In two of the three rooms we booked we could hear some air conditioning noise, although this was not a big issue.
Pros: We booked a regular king bedroom but we surprisingly got a junior suite as a gift from the staff. Position is decent. It takes 20 minutes walk to the tower through the main street, and 20 minutes walk to the airport. My wife enjoyed the comfortable bed.
Cons: No slippers provided. Pillows were too flat for our taste.
Pros: It is a good hotel and the staff were good, the location is near to most city attraction on foot.
Pros: The breakfast is good
Cons: The location is a bit far, it feels unsafe to walk at night The lights in the room is not enough
With a stay at Biscuit Bed and Breakfast in Pisa, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Pisa Royal Palace. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage.
Pros: The staff is very friendly. Good value for money. The room is very warm.
Pros: Jane was extremely friendly and helpful
Pros: Cozy room with cute design. We stayed in the room called live. There is a well equipped kitchen which we shared with 2 other rooms and where we had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was a basket which we got during check in filled with juice, musli, biscuits, tarts, croissants, crackers, jam, nutella and espresso. There is milk and more cereal in the kitchen. We liked the idea. The woman that greeted us and arranged our check out was super friendly and let us keep our luggage there before check in cause we arrived very early.
Cons: The area isn't great. There is a cheap super market around the corned but nothing else. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre. It felt a little bit unsafe at night but probably because there wasn't anybody else walking.
Pros: The nespresso machine
Pros: Biscuit B&B was a lovely place to stay, it’s room was warm and comfortable, the bed was so soft, great for a good nights sleep in preparation for the Pisa Marathon.. located within 10minutes walk from the airport it was easily found on arrival while it’s a straightforward 30minute walk to the Leaning Tower.. the staff were incredibly friendly and everything you needed was provided. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at B&B Biscuit! The stuff was very friendly, the room was sparkling clean and it was cleaned every day. There were free biscuits, water and cakes in the hall and the breakfast was served in a basket which was delivered every night for the following day. The location is excellent for those interested in making day trips from Pisa using the train. It is very close to Pisa Central Station (less than 10mins) and the airport (15 mins). It is also close to the city center - about 25 mins of walking.
Pros: The host was really helpful and polite. The place was nicely decorated.
Cons: During winter the breakfast is limited. The bathroom is a little updated.
Pros: Very nice furnished and spacy room. Close to the airport and railway station. Bigger shop nearby.
Cons: The breakfast could be bigger for two nights, but it was tasty. The shower didn´t work well.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable and the lemon cake was also very delicious. Overall amazing stay :)
When you stay at Eden Park Resort in San Giuliano Terme, you'll be connected to a shopping center, within a 10-minute drive of Leaning Tower and National Museum of San Matteo. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was a little apartment with a bedroom and a sofa bed. It also had a little kitchen and sink so we could brush our teeth there if someone was in the bathroom. We were only there for one night but it was easier for our family of four to get ready for our day. They also provided an iron which we needed and wasn’t automatically in the room.
Cons: We checked in at about 7:30 or 8:00. We were hungry but couldn’t find a place to buy food except for a little fruit stand my husband found close by. The apartment was nice but it looked like it was surrounded by a sleepy local neighborhood and the park doesn’t have a restaurant open in the evening.
Pros: Near to pisa excellent service from host great variety for breakfast
Pros: The location, the buildings with garden
Cons: The bathroom was old and not perfect clean
Pros: Nice little houses just outside Pisa. Clean and comfortable.
Pros: Clean, quiet, village location, excellent front desk staff.
Cons: Mosquitoes but without screens, not much to be done about them.
Pros: There a number of small bungalows well set up with a kitchen and 2 large beds. Parking is not a problem. Nice and quiet area.

Cons: Didn't give towels for shower
Pros: clean, good staff
Pros: The staff were very helpfull, it would be great in summer, it's within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The facilities were good.
Cons: Only that the pool wasn't opened and we couldn't swim even though it was quite a nice day . And it was also quite hard to find from the train station, once you know it you would be ok.
Cons: A bit tired. We had an ant problem when we arrived but the ladies in the reception were excellent and sorted it straight away. It’s a shame the lady in the shop and the chap in the restaurant weren’t as friendly
Pros: Everything! Good rooms, great location (only 3 mins drive from the leaning tower of pisa) and the restaurant on site had amazing food!
Cons: Nothing! Loved everything about it!
Pros: Walking distance to Pisa. Had a lovely pool which we didn’t use but looked great with a poolside bar.
Cons: Caravan was adequate for a short stay but was tired and in need of a revamp. I wouldn’t want to stay for longer than two nights. Wasn’t as clean as I would want but that’s just my standard.

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a ferry terminal shuttle.
Pros: Great value. Excellent service. Very helpful staff.
Cons: Noice from apartment beside
Pros: Excellent location, close to the beach. It was nice to be able to use the pool in a separate building. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way in resolving various issues as they arose.
Cons: The apartment is getting a bit “tired” and is in need of upgrades. Amenities were either lacking or required repair during our stay (which was always taken care of by very helpful staff, but would have been nice not to have to deal with the inconveniences). For example, washing machine was not in the apartment when we arrived but was delivered and installed the next day once we requested. Power kept going off periodically (circuit overload). Wi-fi was very unstable, kept disconnecting, and was extremely slow (0.2 Mbps downloads). This could be a top notch property if a few simple upgrades were made.
Pros: Great location and friendly staff
Pros: The service was perfect. The pool was always clean.
Cons: The apartement was located on a busy road, which made it less enjoyable to sit on the balcony.

Located in Pisa (Pisa City Centre), Five Roses Bed & Breakfast is within a 15-minute walk of Pisa Royal Palace and Leaning Tower. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: Flavia, the owner of 5 Roses, has taken great care of every detail at this lovely B&B. The room is spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Despite being on an active pedestrian street, there was no noise at night thanks to the double glazed windows. Breakfast was delicious and included both sweet and savory options. Flavia made dinner reservations for us at two wonderful restaurants and her recommendations for museums to visit were perfect choices for us. She takes great pride in her b&b and it shows. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Pros: Great location, easy access to parking with telepass.
Pros: You can’t expect more from the hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable and the hotel’s host is an amazing lady. If you travel to Pisa, highly recommend to stay over here. Perfect and thank you again for being our host this trip.
Pros: Location, friendliness, cleanliness and Flavia was a perfect host
Pros: Perfect B&B! Warmly recommend! We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't choose better! We traveled for the first time with a 5 month old baby. The owner has prepared everything necessary for us. She was nice, helpful in everything. Delicious breakfast, homemade cakes and great coffee, + another wide selection of meals. Great location, everything perfectly clean, new, beautiful, well-kept and stylish!
Pros: Great location! Very helpful host and beautiful decor.
Pros: The best location in the city, very nice and helpful staff. I travelled with small child (2,5 years) and it was really baby friendly accommodation. Thank you, Flavia!
Pros: Very good breakfast. Easy to store luggage. Quiet
Pros: Location is very near to bus/train station, and 15-20 minutes walking distance to tower. Room and the bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was particularly good, much delicious options, especially pies. Flavia also helped us with our bags so after check-out we could drop our bags there.
Cons: I could not think of anything.
Pros: One of the best apartments I’ve ever stood. So clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location 5 min walking distance from train station and 15 from Piazza Dei Miracoli. Special thanks to our host Flavia for her kindness, hospitality, fantastic cakes for breakfast and tips about good restaurants and city sights. We are absolutely in love with Pisa and our vacation here. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great duplex apartment! Has everything you need. Close to the center but not noisy. Close to shops and restaurans. The rooms on the second floor are very historical and authentic, awesome! Simona is caring and friendly, fed delicious breakfasts! Will definitely be back.
Pros: Breakfast was really good and well-served. The place is excellent - interesting historical building, green inner yard, no street noise in the morning. Clean and cozy rooms, very friendly host. 15 minutes to all places of interest in Pisa's old town, about 20 minutes to the central railway station.
Cons: Due to wall thickness WiFi signal sometimes was unstable - but nothing critical :)
Pros: Comfortable room in a good location. I enjoyed seeing the turtles roaming around the garden!
Cons: The WiFi connection in my room was extremely poor and very frustrating.
Pros: Perfect location, friendly welcome and handover of information, lovely apartment with an authentic Italian feel. Host are very nice & caring . Apartment has all the facilities, one needs during the stay. Perfect.
Pros: Extremely friendly, extremely clean, fantastic location, a little quirky. Went with a friend and had a thoroughly good time.

Pros: The host was really friendly and gave us great tips about Pisa and surroundings. Apartment is really close to the train station (3 min walk) as well the airport (10 min walk). I highly recommend his place.
Pros: Location. Host. Size of bathroom.
Cons: Pillows. Mattress. Shower broke and not enough hot water.
Pros: Clean rooms, good wifi, amazing location, simple and what I basically expected for 1 night stay in Pisa. It is very basic, yet had everything I needed. The thing that amazed me is that I walked from the airport to the place and it took me 15 mins.
Cons: I didn't have internet and I couldn't contact a host when I was in front of the door bell. the Bell didn't work and said to call a host. I wasn't able to do that so I had to call another apartment to ask to let me in. I wish It would be changed in the future. Thanks!
Pros: Claudio was extremely helpful, I became very sick and needed help to operate the air conditioning. He returned late in the evening and fixed it, thank you so much! He even accepted my last minute request which made our last day so much more pleasant!
Pros: My best stay by far was at his house! Large, comfortable and clean. It is close to everything - like the airport and bus station. His customer service was unparalleled, going above and beyond. Thanks.
Pros: Spotlessly clean, fast Internet speed, great check-in, friendly owner, great location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants and very close to the main railway station and Pisa airport, Highly recommended.
Pros: One of three rooms leading off a communal area with table, chairs, some cooking facilities. Very clean and a good size. Great location right by the station.
Cons: we booked a shuttle from the B&B but had to contact the owner several times to collect us,on arriving at apt the windows were wide open to disperse the smell of fish a previous occupant had been cooking and the apt was very cold, the only heating was from a small radiator in the bedroom, the bathroom was separate accessed by a corridor and neither had any heating so it was rather chilly, the door to the corridor was in dire need of oil as it make a loud noise every time it opened,we booked a shuttle to the airport and by chance on the way back to the apt to await pickup we happened to meet the owner on the street and he said he would be unable to bring us the airport,he had made to attempt to contact us to let us know, and had we been delayed it would have caused us problems as the airport was very busy and it took quite some to pass through customs, when we arrived back at apt the owner had left the front door and the apt door open our luggage was left there,it was very careless of him.also the checkout time at 10oc is unrealistic
When you stay at Pisaland in Pisa, you'll be near the airport, within a 10-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Pisa Royal Palace.
Pros: Nice person
Cons: Hard pillow
Pros: Very good, the owner kindly waited for my checking in at the night.
Pros: Ideal place for anyone passing through Pisa for a short stay
Pros: Location is PERFECT if you're like me having an early flight out. Can't believe it's only about 4 min walk to the airport! That's a dream when the flight is first thing in the morning. Yet, we didn't hear the sound of planes come and go at night( I sure didn't hear anything with my earplugs). The lady (sorry, I forgot your name!) was so lovely and made us coffee to drink when we got there. Unlike some places where I would miss their free breakfast if my flight was super early, the lady made sure she had croissant/small loaves available for us already in the kitchen, and I made my cappuccino from the coffee machine to enjoy too. Shower was great and everything is super clean! We needed to take 2 different buses going into the Pisa tower/cathedral/baptistry, but it's simple. The important part for me is the short walking distance to the airport at a wee-hour. :)
Cons: Nothing for me & my niece who only had a carry-on & a bag. For my sister who had a larger luggage, she wished there's a lift.
Pros: Location was spot on. Flight was a late night one so just what we wanted. Easy overnight stay. Friendly staff.
Pros: Close to the airport and anywhere else in Pisa. Easy access, parking easy, room was warm and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the WiFi worked well. The stay was excellent and we plan to use this facility again if available. It took us 10 minutes if that to bring the car to the rental drop off at the airport. Life made simple...love it.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike it worked just fine.
Pros: Very close to Pisa airport, flexible check in times, basic breakfast options included, generally clean and tidy.
Cons: Could hear other guests going in and out of their room and external bathroom, fair amount of road noise in the morning.
With a stay at Hotel Pisa Tower, you'll be centrally located in Pisa, within a 10-minute walk of University Hospital of Santa Chiara and Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Very nice and cosy.
Cons: Noise from other room.
Cons: In the main building there were unnecessary retro, kitsch decorations: antique radio, televion and two gramofones that did not function. My bed had a kind of a mosquito net... It was not quite my style and were surely difficult to hold free of dust.
Pros: We booked this hotel unexpectedly after our flight home was cancelled. When we got there we had been upgraded because I’d asked for a very quiet room. The reception staff were excellent - charming and did their utmost to help us. We were able to enjoy a very Comfortable and peaceful evening there after the stress of not being able to get home. In fact we found that this hotel was much better than the one we had booked for our planned stay! Thank you Pisa Tower Hotel for all your help.
Cons: One thing that could be very easily improved was the breakfast. I very much enjoy continental breakfasts and have had many in many hotels. The breakfast on offer here did let this lovely hotel down. I know it was included in the price but the quality and variety was not great at all. Kitchen manager needs to go to some other hotels to see how it can be done. Just a bit more thought’s needed. There weren’t even any bread rolls, just sliced supermarket bread. There’s nothing like looking forward to breakfast at a hotel and when it’s disappointing it casts a shadow over your stay.
Cons: the hot water boiler in the bathroom was way insufficient for a 5 persons room
Pros: Reception excellent, great welcome and service as was the airport drop service. Location perfect for the tower.
Cons: Small lounge and bar and small breakfast buffet but these are minors to be fair
Pros: location is extra point, it is very close to the Pisa Tower. Breakfast was good, but the only missing was omelet or boiled eggs and i missed it during breakfast. Bus stop is just 200m further. Rooms is clean and bed is comfortable, we had a nice rest. Staff is friendly and helpful... if i come back i will surely book this hotel again.
Pros: Everything including front of staff
Cons: Far too hot! I guess they were catering for other guests used to hot weather
Pros: Amazing hotel next to Pisa Tower. Romantic, looks beautiful, very classic, with old luxury style and the best service.
Cons: Everything was amazing.
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Felt very safe, secure, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in a family room in the annex. Was perfect for two adults and two kids. The annex was right outside the walls of the Pisa Tower complex. Upon check-in, they provided us with a nice walking map and restaurant recommendations. We tried one recommendation for lunch, it was great! The photos below were taken in the exact same spot. One looking at the hotel annex, the other looking at the Pisa Tower complex walls/entrance.
Cons: Nothing really. Our pillows were firm, but we found soft pillows in the wardrobe the next morning, so that’s on us. But perhaps the hotel should make the beds with the soft pillows instead of the very firm ones.
Pros: Nice receptionist , very polite and helpful. Great location near the tower. Good breakfast.

Pros: It was within 3-5 min walk to tower. Location is perfect.
Pros: The staff is utterly pleasant and always ready to help you.
Pros: The hotel was very well presented and clean. The shower was good, excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only a 5 min walk to the leaning tower. Good selection at breakfast.
Cons: Staff were very stretched/busy as there only appeared to be one person on duty. There was quite a bit of noise, traffic outside, noise from other rooms loo flushing and showering. My room was quite cold and the floor was freezing with no slippers provided. TV channels were limited and the WiFi was very slow. No lift to upper floors. No evening food or restaurant available.
With a stay at Grand Hotel Duomo in Pisa (Pisa City Centre), you'll be steps from Leaning Tower and Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: The location is unbeatable. From the rooftop you have an outstanding view of the Tower.
Cons: The hotel is on the older side. Many of the rooms just need to updated and renovated.
Pros: The view for the garden rooftop was beautiful
Cons: The pictures on the website compared to what the actual hotel and room look like did not compare. Feels really dated and needs a makeover. Furniture in the room is all scratched and beat up. For a 4 star hotel I would of expected a lot more.
Pros: Location was next to the leaning tower, restaurants and shops all around.
Cons: All the staff aside from one reception man, were very friendly and helpful. The reception man was rude. Also, the mattress was like sleeping on cement, didn’t get proper sleep all night.
Pros: very close to Tower, fantastic breakfast. Great view from outside top floor bar.
Cons: There is no WiFi in room despite advertising it. Shower sprays all over bathroom and ceiling. Tired looking hotel.
Pros: The hotel is in perfect location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa. Lorenzo the front desk receptionist was very helpful & has excellent rapport.
Cons: The rooftop restaurant has a excellent view of the dome & leaning tower & sunset but was not impressed with the waiters & has a limited selection of dishes.
Pros: The location was amazing and very friendly staff breakfast was very nice also would stay her again value for money
Cons: There was nothing I could fault in the hotel
Pros: Fantastic location with the main sights of Pisa just a short walk away. The Leaning Tower was visible from our room. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: The location and view from the roof terrace were hard to beat. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The hotel is on a busy street which meant we were quite disturbed throughout the night with bin lorries and other things. Everything seemed a little dated from the decor to the duvet to the breakfast offering. The hotel bar was incredibly expensive. €6 for a cup of tea seemed very steep but as it was off season there were few other places to go.
A stay at Hotel Villa Kinzica places you in the heart of Pisa, steps from Leaning Tower and Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: Hotel is extremely well located from major sites and only 15 minutes from Central Station. Room was bigger than expected and had great views from the Tower. Comfortable space for one person. Breakfast was complementary, not much choice but enough to start the day. Overall, it was good value for money.
Cons: Morning reception staff lacked basic customer service. No interaction whatsoever and it seemed like they didn’t appreciate my custom. It made me feel uncomfortable.
Pros: Staff was very nice. Room was comfortable. Bathrooms modern. Location was amazing. Didn't have breakfast becasue we had to leave early, so I can't comment on that. FYI - You need to remember to turn in your key whenever you leave the room.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Pros: Location is in one minute walk of the square with the Leaning tower of Pisa. The interior is a kind of vintage and unique.
Cons: It wasn't easy to find a right way by car (google maps showed wrong way ignoring forbidding road signs), so, I left a car at a free parking on a street and then walked to the hotel.
Pros: The hotel was probably a bit older, but I have to say that it just added to his beauty. We had a huge room with a balcony. When you stood on the balcony, you saw the Leaning Tower. It was really beautiful. The location is excellent, you are a few minutes walk from the Square of Miracles. There are also many parking options.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit smaller and the toilet was unfortunately not working. The breakfasts are in a small room on the ground floor and seemed to me a little more modest.
Pros: We stayed for one night and the location was amazing. You walk out of hotel and within a 2 min walk you were at the tower. Th breakfast was basic but enough.
Cons: Rooms are a bit old but work
Pros: Breakfast was very good. You get bread, croissants, jam, honey along with salami, cheese and ham. Staff was nice, especially at the breakfast area. The location is excellent. Right next to the tower. Excellent value for money.
Cons: The rooms are quite small but the problem is the bathroom which has a weird door and a very small shower. In our case the toilet would flush but then would continue to drop water and needed a special press each time.
Pros: Quite room close to the leaning tower
Cons: Tiny shower which is normal in Italy
Pros: Extra location in Pisa for tourists
Cons: Lovely quaint hotel so close to the Tower you can touch it,lovely comfortable rooms, helpful staff xx
