Cons (-) No email reminder of any sort. Forgot I had reservation and stayed somewhere else
Pros (+) The room size was great. The staff was vey accommodating.
Cons (-) The food was the only thing that was not on the same level as the rest of the facility. And unfortunately the pool was not heated which ruled out a late swim.
