Pros (+) Location was good and plenty of eating options around. Good complimentary breakfast at the diner next door
Cons (-) Wouldn’t use the shower. It was probably clean but so much grime build up in the crevices and soap scum. Pillows like rocks. Noisy through the walls and floors.

Pros (+) Penny's Diner next door and the night manager that confirmed, for Hotels.com, the filthy condition of our room so we could be moved to different hotel, Comfort Inn, near by at no charge.

Pros (+) Staff was tremendously friendly and helpful in taking care of a booking blunder. Penny's Diner makes this hotel stand out from others. Excellent full breakfast included with your stay.
Cons (-) They overbooked the hotel and had to split my family into 2 rooms instead of the room we had booked. One of the rooms had not been cleaned, so they had to move part of us to an different room. Hair was in the shower of one of our rooms. They did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience.
