The room we got was not even the standard of 1 star staff insult us and trited us like garbage besides charged 330 dollars the night we left the next day hope you do not send people there we would like to talk to you' thanks Naomi and I Jacob Hop
Location is very close to many good restaurants Easy to get around Convenient parking lot for an extra fee Staff that we spoke to was friendly
Room was uncomfortable. Very stuffy no real way to adjust temperature. No hot water. Cockroaches in the bathroom Missing advertised items fridge, coffee pot, hairdryer. Not the same room advertised. Pipes above were extremely loud. Not private walls very thin could hear adjoining rooms conversation. Needs major upkeep
Main building was very dirty and run down. Lots of maintenance needed.
Got an upgrade that we did not ask for but the room was not actually an upgrade. The room was not clean and it had a leak in the bathroom ceiling coming from the 2nd floor. The cleaning crew put the trashcan under the leak but the floor was still wet. Told receptionist it was unsafe and still Had a hard time to get another room. It was an inconvenience to come back twice to the hotel to check if the manager would approve the change of rooms. Ask to speak with the manager but was told the manager was not on site. I asked to get a credit but was told that I would get a call back from the manager. As if today I haven’t heard from the manager or received a credit on my account.
The location is really really good, like 10/10. And even tough the parking is $35 + tax a night it is safe and big. The staff were patient and dealt well with my complaint.
They put me in a room totally different from the pictures, without windows or aircon, dark and no ventilation - not even a fan. Only when I formally complained to booking that they changed me to the room in the pics, because just reception could not do anything to help unless I paid more to get an upgrade to a better room. One guest lent me a fan because there is simply no ventilation - it is either heater or nothing in the rooms. The hotel itself is dirty and bad maintained. Full of dust, cockroaches, spider webs. The bathrooms and toilets very disgusting as well. Not enough light in the rooms. All they care in this place is the money.
