Mumbai hotels in Dharavi

Pros: Support staff was really good and hardworking.

Cons: The front office msnager Mr. Prashant was very dull and gave us stern looks all the time. He did not smile even once. Another person on the same chair was far better in response although Prashant looks smarter. Room (No. 105) was not spacious as compared to other hotels in the same tariff range. Location was not very prominent. Outer appearance of the hotel is very dull and drab. Id proofs of all 3 occupants of same room were required.

Pros: The staff.

Cons: The AC stopped working.

Pros: It is expensive. For the tariff they charge - the facilities and appearance of the hotel & the room are bad.

Pros: Sanjay Kumar and the staff there are extremely attentive and helpful. Very welcoming.

Cons: Area

Pros: The location was very lively and easy for accessibility.

Pros: Clean , very clean Reception corridors Room Pillow case could be cleaner though Good location off the name road yet central
