Pros (+) The breakfast was better than most. Beds were comfy. Clean and spacious room with sitting area. Very adequate space in the lobby to hang out with a friend. Good central location.
Cons (-) Internet speeds in the room were disaster. So frustrating for a Hyatt. I might expect that in a lower quality hotel. One front desk staff guy was weird. I asked how far the airport was and he said 3 kilometers. I asked how far that was in miles or minutes in the shuttle and he said, "Oh, Americans." What? We are in America.
