Pros (+) Was conveniently located and office staff were nice and reassigned is to a different room that was slightly better.
Cons (-) Smelled of smoke for a none smoking room, urine smell and stained around the toilet , rest room area not clean, mattresses and covers dirty/stained, needed vacuuming of carpet & floors, telephone was not working. If all these were attended to, the cost of the hotel would have been mediocre. Very poor over all. I would not recommend this hotel or visit again.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, I want to really appreciate the gentleman who was running the breakfast bar, he was very attentive and friendly. Bed was clean, fresh sheets and towels. Pet friendly, $10 per pet per night.
Cons (-) Small details of room: shower head looked like it was about to fall out, carpet didn't look very well vacuumed, AC struggled to keep the room cool.
Pros (+) We liked the breakfast with several items, the pool, the double sheets and multiple pillows, the computer easily available, but most of we really appreciated the service. Both desk persons were fabulous. Angelique upon our arriVal was helpful, prompt, and even got us a mechanic for our car troubles; on our checkout Gabby was so helpful and supportive of our predicament when a rental car was not av...
Cons (-) The air conditioner was quite noisy but didn't seem to be able to be regulated or even turned off.
