Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, parking was available - mainly street parking, but that was fine. The hot tub was great for soaking after long walks and horse riding and the location was convenient for everything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very lovely decorated appartement with great views! The breakfast is absolutely one of the highlights! We loved staying here, would for sure recommend it!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice apartament with helpful staff. Good breakfast (Israeli version).
Cons: Not so clean as we like.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great experience with alpaca etc, staff very friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. So quiet in nature but surrounded by beautiful animals and the picturesque desert. The rooms are spotless and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the staff incredible. Our Israeli breakfast was perfect. We had so much fun. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have spent two days there, in a cosy house with terrace and fireplace - a little peaceful paradise in the desert close to the ramon crater - we could go horseriding in the sunset and did also went on a breakfast picnic with alpaca - our daughter is still full of smile about that. All the staff are extraordinary friendly helpful and attentive - the place and service is gorgeous! There are so many well treatet animals - Lamas Alpacas Horses Goats Dogs - not only for kids a very good atmosphere. We would never have missed that and can highly recommend the place!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our daughter was delighted by the Alpacas, Llamas, Donkeys, Horses, Dogs and all other animals on the farm. We helped to feed them, had breakfast with Llama Elisa in the desert, a horseback ride into the sunset and a Llama ride on the farm. All of the personnel was always there for us. The farm has a relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurants can be found in town for dinner, breakfast is a good, especially with a view of the desert.
Cons: If you’re not into farm life, skip it. But honestly, we loved it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, animals , very friendly staff!. Also put nice amenities for birthday in the room, upon our request , thanks. Will definitely come again!
Cons: Lacking of pre check in information regarding the activities that included in the rate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location, very cozy and charming
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are little cabins with a kitchenette. They are well appointed which allowed us to eat all of our meals in the cabin or outside watching the Alpacas. We paid extra for the larger breakfast (12 NIS) and it was well worth it. We made our lunch out of what was left over each morning. The breakfast is brought to your porch each morning in a cooler. The hikes in this stark desert setting are interesting and you can pay a small fee and take an Alpaca with you with some drink and a little food in a satchel. If you want to take a jeep tour of the crater, make sure you book in advance. It is well worth the money. The staff all speak English and bend over backwards to help you with any questions or to tell you about the farm. When visiting, remember that this is a working farm.
Cons: The only thing I did not like about facilities is that the water pressure can be low if you wait to take a late shower. Only a small shower is available. However, it does work well if you shower before 9:00 AM or in the afternoon or evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful experience in the desert, most especially for animal lovers. Alpaca, llamas, horses, donkeys, herding dogs and more - all friendly and happy in this oasis of great beauty. Awesome what the owners and staff have created here - Israel's first llama and alpaca farm and a wonderful nature interpretive centre.
Cons: all good
Beresheet Hotel by Isrotel Exclusive Collection - Mitzpe Ramon - Building
3
₹ 51,810+
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I travel extensively and stay in 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Asia Bereaheet is spectacular. Rooms and food and view along with fantastic staff. Great concierge Only one small drawback was spotty wifi Was there with 21 year old kids who also had a great time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible hotel in a magical setting. Food is excellent, staff is great, rooms are beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is beautifully designed and blends in perfectly into the landscape of the crater. The rooms were spacious (we had a standard room with desert view) and comfortable (great comfy beds). The view of the crater is phenomenal! Breakfast was great with anything you could have desired ; we had to order the eggs benedict every morning because they were so tasty. The gym was well equipped and is open 24/7.
Cons: The staff was often unattentive and poorly trained: waiting times at the bar restaurant were long, although enough staff seemed to be provided, the service seemed uncoordinated. Dishes / glasses weren't removed even after delivering new drinks or courses (we (2 persons) had 6 empty glasses lining our table at times...). We were hurried through dinner at the Rosemary restaurant after arriving shortly after 8.30h pm (a table reservation was made through the concierge for 8.30h and he was informed that we were taking part at a star gazing tour), the main course was brought and put on the table just as we started our appetizers from the buffet and we had to eat faster for it to not turn cold. The indoor pool was accessible by street shoes and had no shower closeby, so people seemingly used the pool unshowered (there is a shower outside for the outside pool and a shower and changing rooms a floor downstairs at the gym) Providing fruit on the room is nice, unfortunately they were not ripe to eat. Some chocolate would be nice when the sheets are fluffed in the evening.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location. Architecture. View. Pools. Room luxury. Fantastic breakfast.
Cons: Pricey. But worth it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was very wonderful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities, the view, the quality of the food was superb
Cons: There was very poor activities at the hotel. We went to Cramim and there is much more activities as compared to Bereeshit. In addition I think the price is too expensive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beautiful pool. Rooms with a very nice view over the desert. Beautiful lounge / living room with inviting atmosphere. Extras (i.e. free apple cake in your room).
Cons: Staff could be a little bit better trained (sometimes a little slow). Rooms are good, but could be refurbished a bit (you can tell that the furniture is a little bit old). Spa and in-door pool is quite crowded (many kids). Sent a request to the spa in advance (via e-mail), which was not considered when I arrived (I could not do all the treatments I requested). Food is ok, but a little bit more variety would be great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant setting in a spectacular setting - high service
Cons: Spa definitely needs upgrade and proper amenities and vomforts
6.2 Good
Pros: The views are magnificent!
Cons: When we reserved the room there was only one option: a room with a pool. We reserved it. The cost was about $600. When we got to the hotel we got a room with a view of the parking lot and they told us there were no other rooms available. We would not have gone that night had we known there were rooms with the magnificent views of the crater. The manager couldn’t have been more rude and she ruined the stay there. In addition, the food was not very good. If the Four Seasons would run this hotel it would deserve 5 stars but with this management and food, although the setting is great, the value is not there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best property in Israel.

Pros: What a beautiful location. The Succah we stayed in was very comfortable. Seeing the clear night sky dotted, with shining and shooting stars is a moment we won’t forget. The breakfast and dinner was of an excellent standard too. Lovely atmosphere, with great staff. Very well run by the owners.
Cons: Pricey and dinner is not included...perhaps, at this cost, it should be?

Pros: Very remote. Incredible breakfast and lovely staff. Very very special place. One of a kind.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Authentic experience. Great staff. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: No option to find and food outside of hours.
7.4 Good
Pros: Food was amazing and location is extraordinary. Lovely pool.
Cons: Bathroom is sawdust system, which I would prefer to have known in advance. Cash only. Furniture outside our succah was rickety and broken (nails sticking out). Directions to hike to crater could have been clearer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional solitude and quietness (except for occasional army traning). Great location for exploring this AMAZING area with bikes. I have been here on my own, for 3 days, meditating, reading and biking and will definitely be back. Avi is very friendly and breakfast was great.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing place!! I never see anything like this! Best place for living in the desert.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Calm, friendly, laid back. No wifi or 3g - perfect! Delicious dinner and breakfast - just perfect. The local wine was superb. 25mins walk to the spectacular canyon edge views. Our little hut was so quiet and cosy. Thanks to Alex for the warm welcome. It was lovely.
Cons: I don't think there is much that I wasn't expecting. It's a desert retreat, so the toilets were composting and facilities rustic. This was no surprise though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best experience and the best hummus for breakfast in hole Israel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An amazing location ! Staff were incredibly friendly and professional
Cons: The lack of private bathroom facilities

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
6.3 Good
Pros: Cool place, good vibes and quite different from other types of places to stay! Very basic but has what you need. Staff were friendly on arrival.
Cons: Quite cold and not able to lock our door from the outside when we left the room. Expensive for what you get.
7.9 Good
Pros: The standard is really high for the price. It is clean and comfortable even though there is no electricity. And there is hot shower! Common area is really cosy and nice. It is not in the city center but still in a walkable distance from everything.
Cons: There is no fridge and beware of mice (the place is already in the desert) but if that doesn't scare you off, you will really enjoy staying in Silent Arrow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and set-up are fab. It’s further out of town in the desert, but not at all difficult to get to. The communal spaces really do encourage communal living - we shared meals and sat around a bonfire. The bathrooms were clean and plentiful and the water very hot. Our tent had a wood burner and extra blankets were available free of charge.
Cons: The host could have been a little more responsive with some guests check-ins and our request to start lighting he fire. A towel would have been nice to have.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: It had a good vibe
Cons: Only contact with staff during inchecking and they where very unpolite. During the night it was very cold in the tent which has nothing in it for any comfort. So no heater, no electricity even not a mirror. We booked for two nights but ended up sleeping only one night. We looked for an hour to find some one to tell this but that didn’t worked out. There was no staff available. The funny thing is I think they even don’t missed us at all that last night. Oh and the so called kitchen is very dirty. So think twice before booking this silent escape! Especially during winter, than it is nog suitable for sleeping!
6.7 Good
Cons: Very cold in December. Deficient heating system. No electricity. Its not a hostel, really its camping, so the name is quite misleading. A lot of people got caught by surprise.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the layout of the bungalows and the communal area. The room was cosy and the solar lighting was much more efficient than we'd expected. The surroundings were beautiful. We would definitely stay again, although with a car as it was quite a walk to the bus stop!
Cons: It was not clear who was working and who was staying at Silent Arrow. We would have benefitted from a bell so that we could contact staff with questions. The kitchen area is in need of replacement pans / cutlery, and the shower curtains need replacement. None of this affected our stay, but be prepared that this is not luxurious accomodation!

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The checkin time was an hour later than stated on booking.com. It was advertised as 3pm, but they told us it was actually wrong, so we had to wait. The room was still not ready by 4pm. They said they would message us when the room was ready. We didn’t receive a message The staff in the pool were inattentive, in fact, we didn’t realise they were working ! No towel at the poolside, had to ask reception to bring for us 2 hairs in the bath in the room The restaurant food was overpriced And pretty shitty. Staff unhelpful and miserable

7.0 Good
Pros: Mitzepa Ramon is a great location and the Isrotel is an ideal location when visiting the town. Food and facilities and staff are all great. Highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed there four times in the past.
Cons: There's no elevators so if you've got a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge to get your bags to the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, only 5-10 walk to crater and center of town. Staff was very friendly and hotel has a nice lounge and pool.
Cons: Rooms could use some updating. Kitchen area was fairly old looking and toilet was in separate room from the the bathroom - never seen that before!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great breakfast!!
Cons: Broken windows in the pool area, bathroom roof with holes, uncomfortably cold room. But it was probably the day with the lowest temperatures of the year, so I guess between March and November it's an Ok place to stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Isrotel Ramon Inn in Mitzpe Ramon is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very good. A special thanks to the front desk clerk Amit. She went out of her way to assist us.
Cons: Not having an elevator is not ideal for older folks with luggage.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is great, breakfast delicious, room was clean
Cons: Smell was coming from the air condition
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was everything it said it would be. We were a little nervous since it was rated as a 3 star hotel, but it was MUCH NICER than that. The staff was excellent- from the front desk, to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff. Someone is doing a great job there in customer relations. It had all the amenities we needed
Cons: The lobby could have been heated better. It was a nice place to relax in, so would have been more enjoyable had they heated it better. Really, our only sticking point.

6.0 Good
Pros: 1. no table & cheir in the room 2. dining room too small and crowded, diificult to manage 3. too noise
1.0 Poor
Pros: We booked a room that costs $200.00 (US$) per night. The room smelled like smoke and had furnishings that looked like they hadn't been updated since 1950. When I asked the front desk about a new room they told me they had better rooms but I would need to pay more for it. I asked 3 times to be shown a new room (and agreed to pay more) and I was continually reminded that I would need to pay more if after they showed me the room and I decided I wanted it. Finally they showed me the room and I told them we would take it. I had to pay an additional $50.00 (US$) for it. It was so shocking that they put us through such torture for a $50 upgrade. The week after our stay, I tried to contact the hotel manager after receiving a survey from booking.com (which I filled out and it said the hotel would contact me in 72 hours..I never heard from them!). The email address for the manager (Zvi Goldberg) was not a valid email. I then tried to contact the hotel in Jerusalem to see if I could find someone to talk to and no one responded. I also tried to contact the owner of the hotel chain but that didn't work either. If there is any positive news of this experience its that the this Mitzpe Ramon is amazing..it is like a small Grand Canyon. I would highly recommend going there. We ate out at a great restaurant and went to a really cool Jazz bar. The breakfast at the hotel was also pretty good. If you go to Mitzpe Ramon find another place to stay..there are plenty of others. All I was expecting was to be treated like a customer, nothing more than that. Unfortunately that didn't happen.
