Cons (-) Member staff denied my jacket that I left on the counter. I guess he is not making enough money to buy his own stuff

Pros (+) Location was great. The bellman Edgar was amazing and very helpful. The reception staff was not great
Cons (-) They were busy with renovation but no apologies was forthcoming f om the staff at check in. Breakfast looked unappetizing and the staff in the restaurant spoke very little or no English

Pros (+) Services are good, staff was nice and helpful and respectful, everything is fairly clean. For the price it has a good value. Location is pretty much the best you can get.
Cons (-) This building is an old one, everything inside it is old.
