Very authentic and beautiful riad, at a great central location! Super helpful, welcoming staff... very clean:) it was an authentic experience!
Personally, I would have preferred glass windows as well (not only shutters) for a bit more privacy. And being able to lock the room door (it is indeed an authentic riad concept, you can lock your wardrobe, so your things are safe-kept, but not the door when you leave.) Internet slow and unreliable
It is centrally located even if easily you can find yourself paying for ad hoc guides accompany you to the Riad. It is in a street 'dead end' not luminous. The room was not exactly as you can see in the photos, even if it is okay clean and comfortable. We were not registered as guests but needed to pay extra for tourism tax without any receipt.
Personal is smart and helpful. The riad is located in the middle of the medina, very close to everything.
It wasn't my first stay in Marrakech u not my first time in a riad. Compared to other riads I had my worst breakfast here. No fresh fruit, no fresh orange juice (which is so typical for Marrakech), the bread would be baked again (perhaps from yesterday?), typical bahrirs were served very dry and without butter and honey. Not authentic for Morocco. Also one should not be free to choose where one wants to sit on the terrace. Everything ok, but more expected for my money. there are no glass windows in the riad for the individual rooms, only wood. I had liked to know that before. So you could hear all the noises from the other guests in the bathroom and while sleeping. This is better solved in other riads.
It was nice. The location puts you in the Medina and it is a bit much. The owner took care of a problem that arose as soon as I let him know about it. Lovely terrace.
The daily grind of getting though the Medina.
Everything was perfect
