Pros: Nothing
Cons: Food.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Please serve food hot. And tell sir hostess to smile. And worst flight. They I Only served one meal for 8 hour flight
Pros: The lower level cabin attendant did her best to make a better impression than her supervisor. I am grateful to her.
Cons: The purser was not even polite. Was it because she was veiled and I was wearing a cross? I really hope not.
The normal economy seats are cramped to an unacceptable level. I will avoid flying MH economy again. Malindo, a low-cost flying the same routes (SGN-KUL and KUL-CMB) I often fly, has a much better level of service than MH, supposedly a full service airline.
Pros: I paid $7 for an exit row. I was worth it. The normal economy seats are extremely cramped.
Cons: Seat belt
Cons: Dinner was only one piece of pizza
That’s it
Cons: Supper was very average , one slice of pizza , that’s it
Pros: Yes
Cons: Vegetarian Food need to Improved.
Pros: Yes
Cons: Vegetarian Food need to be Improved....
Cons: MH hospitality has gone down. Those days they were the best of the best. Now, there is hardly any hospitality at all. Very disappointing.
Pros: Terrible airline company. It’s a ripoff!
Cons: Honesty. Ripoff!
Pros: The staff was really nice when I asked for the green tea they make sure you get it
Cons: Food need to be improved
Pros: The crew was very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Pros: Crew were good. Good food.
Cons: For some reason, the seat was very uncomfortable. Rather hard with little cushion.
Pros: Comfort & punctuality
Pros: Comfort
Pros: Comfort and food.
Cons: Some flight attendants could ve friendlier.
Pros: Different seat location for family of five
Missing luggage
Cons: Sitting arrangement Was poor. Five of us had five different seat.
Missing luggage.
Pros: Great seat and crews
Cons: A330-300 is nice
Pros: Amazing crews
Cons: Nice seats
Pros: No thank
Cons: Baaad
Cons: Business class boarding could have been more organized. Was sent to the gate too early from lounge
Cons: All four flights with Malaysia Airlines were delayed, no reasons and no information. Appalling.
Cons: The entertainment unit was constantly malfunctioning
Cons: They should giving out headphones for business class to use the entertainment system
Entertainment
Cons: No entertainment facilities available even in business class
Cons: The selection was rather dated as I travel very frequently I noticed it. Otherwise it would probably be fine for most
Cons: Boarding on time so I didn’t have to loose the connection flight and had to stay at a hotel an hour away from kuala lumpur to barely sleep to catch a plane to auckland next day that arrives late so i cant take the ferry home.
Cons: Flight was delayed by two hours
Pros: ok
Pros: Seats
Cons: Crew
Cons: There were no vegan options available. I think that was my fault though because I did not set one up in advance. Would be nice if they offered one anyhow.
Cons: If the assigned seat reclined. I had to
Move to a different seat which
Worked.
Pros: Our luggage missed the connection but the situation was well handled
Cons: Entertainment
Cons: Better range of entertainment as the options were a bit dated and mediocre
Cons: Felt more like a domestic flight than an international
Cons: The plane was old but the flight was inexpensive
Cons: My entertainment system was not working, so was my seatmate's.
Pros: First time on Malaysian. At least we didn’t disappear. All was okay except for the meal on the flight to Saigon. I’m not one to complain about airline food but the “meal” served was execrable, possibly the worst in 65 years of flying. And no alcohol on an international flight was niggardly in my estimation.. The flight from Penang to KL they had the cheek to serve a tiny cup of fake orange juice. I will avoid Malaysian in the future.
Cons: Please see what above.
Cons: Business class in 737 is limited, recline only but seat was spacious and comfortable
Pros: The crew was very attentive. The pilot landed the plane smoothly. Although had a delayed departure from KUL, we arrived in Sydney earlier than expected.
Cons: very delayed flight
in addition slow flying what should have taken 52 minutes ended 1 hour 20 min
to add to that poor cabin crew management of Business Class disembarking excruciating slowly added another delay of 20 minutes!
Pros: we had extra legroom travelling with an infant
Cons: the staff could have been a little considerate when serving food to you while you're holding a sleeping baby
Cons: the food could have been nicer
Cons: I have never had to stay at a hotel overnight because of a missed connection but when I made the reservation I wondered how you would honor the 1 hour layover and not miss. I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory.
Pros: Ok
Cons: No
Pros: Good seats and crew.
Cons: Choice of movies
Pros: Boarding was easy even though it started late, it was organized. Once I got on the plane I wasn't waiting a long time to get to my seat because they seated the people sitting in the back of the plane first. There is a huge selection of movies, tv shows, and music.
Cons: They have 2 food options and they're just ok. There wasn't very many drink options either.
Cons: Not being cancelled and delayed
Cons: Flight through kul was delayed. 3 security checks having to go out to another terminal meant immigration check twice. Not enough time for connection. Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!
Cons: I am more than pleased with the service I received, keep up the work
Kind regards
Shane
Cons: Avoid Malaysian airlines and avoid KUL airport. What a mess of a company ...
Cool flight
Pros: Airport, sea side
Cons: Nothing
Cons: The flight attendants didn't ask me if I need ice cream or any drink but they asked another seat of passages. It's not fair...
Pros: Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried.
Cons: Again, not being delayed and having to miss my original connecting flight would have been best.
Pros: Everything on the plane was fine, and the service was great.
Cons: Not being delayed on the first leg and missing my connecting flight to Denpasar would have been great.
Cons: I paid more than 1500 ringgit for the bags, although the booking of the trip was comprehensive. Unfortunately the site disappointed me
Pros: Comfortable seating map
Cons: Food could be improved especially for vegetarians
As this airline is based in Malaysia, it offers over 15 different flights to domestic destinations. Additionally, customers can book trips to a variety of international locations that are placed in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, with some examples being New Zealand, South Korea, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
In order to diversify and add to its flight paths, Malaysia Airlines has created codeshare agreements with many other airlines, like American Airlines, Japan Airlines, and KLM. The company also has a collaboration with AirAsia, another Malayasian airline that offers low-cost flights throughout the region. In 2013, it became a member of oneworld, an airline alliance that has many members worldwide, including American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.
For those that will be booking flights with Malaysia Airlines, you can choose from three travel classes, which are referred to as Economy, Business, and Business Suite. Economy will provide you with the option of checking baggage for free, the seat of your choice, a customized meal, and access to the in-flight entertainment system. With Business, you can benefit from priority boarding, access to the airline lounge, and seats that fold into beds. If you fly in a Business Suite, you will be placed in a private pod that contains an exclusive amenity kit.
Malaysia Airlines has over 80 planes in its fleet, with the majority of them either Boeing or Airbus models. Out of the many types of aircraft that are used, the Boeing 737-800 is the most common, as it is ideal for middle-range flights and can fit up to 144 passengers and 16 crew members.
