Loved their complimentary goodie bag including water bottles and warm fresh cookies.
Bed was very comfortable. Anel in the restaurant was super friendly and the food was great!
Clean and friendly.
The restaurant needs attention, my first visit, the staff let me sit for thirty minutes before taking my order. I was getting up to leave when the waiter rushed and greeted me and took The food order. I went the next morning again, and the food was not good. The deli around the corner is a better place to go.
Comfy bed terrible staff and cleanliness
King bed and high floor was nice.
Very rude staff and dirty dusty rooms with sticky carpet that turned white socks black.
Parking too expensive. Wish breakfast was included at the price paid for hotel.
Convenient location to good food and attractions.
It was clean and the valets were fantastic!
Food not that great, some friendly staff, some not. Very underwhelming.
Bathroom was uncomfortably small. Could not open door with someone standing at sink.
Staff was friendly
Facilities need upkeeping. Toilet wouldn't flush & we were unable to switch the shower on.
Room and bath.
Bed and pillows were ok. Carpet was in good condition.
Bath tub drain surrounded by rust. Sink had chips. Toilet paper was very scratchy.
Everything costs $$
Everything but the pool and parking!
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies were unlimited. I would come back.
NO POOL???? This is LA! 85 degree and NO Pool? Seriously? Also parking was crazy high! $35 a night to park at a hotel that I'M PAYING to stay at is just stupid. There should be complimentary parking. Ecspecially because they don't even guarantee your cars safely! What am i paying you for??
viewing the garden was wonderful! felt comfortabel!
Location; welcoming and helpful staff at the reception; spacious room;
Bathroom in need of renovation;
Close to Little Tokyo - that was the reason I wanted to stay there.
I think the parking was too overpriced.
location and the price.
Everything is great beside there is no refridge and the T.V. is fuzzie and not clear. The restaurant don't have enough staff and server.
Very quiet and very comfortable.
the rooms were separated from the banquet facilities, so noise was minimized.
their front desk system was not clearly demarcated, so cutting in line happened often; parking fees are high; elevators were slow
No pool, no sauna no jacuzzi, very rude security in the gardens, overpriced carparking
Would not reccomend this to any one
it was a pleasant stay in the city while ata the kyoto grand
parking was expensive in light of that one could park across the street for 1/3 the price if one were to be made aware of the option to dod so
It was okay for one night.
The hotel was a bit of a let down as we had stayed in much nicer hotels for the price.The bathroom was very small and quite dirty under the sink area. The staff were ok. Location wasn't the best either, it was downtown LA but not in a particularly nice area.
Decent quality for the price.
Some staff are quite stubborn.
