Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Victoria Station, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the value for money, especially for short stays. However, a major downside frequently mentioned is the extremely small room and bathroom sizes, which many found uncomfortable, particularly for two people or longer stays. Some guests also noted cleanliness issues and noise, but overall, the positives focus on location, service, and price.
