Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's location for its convenience and proximity to attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. Service is frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and issues with deposits and staff attitude are common. Breakfast is often criticized for being basic, insufficient, or poorly managed. A few guests found the beds comfortable, but this was not a consistent highlight. Overall, positives are limited to the location, while negatives dominate the guest experience.
