nothing.will never use this place again
everything about my experience
The quality of the location was amazing
I couldn’t fault it
As above , the room was very nice pleasant and clean , beds are really comfy , will always recommend the Strand Palace. Breakfast was great , staff very friendly , will be back in the near future once the COVID-19 clears
That I was only staying for one night , too short a stay
Everything from the staff to the hotel all exceptional, hotel situated in an ideal place, close to all local amenities, including Theatres, restaurants local pubs.
There wasn't any thing not to like
Bar staff were very friendly and chatty.
Bathroom sink is too large, making it impossible to get close enough to the mirror! A wall-mounted magnifying mirror would be a good addition. Signage in the corridors could be better, since the room numbering is illogical: there are floor plans here and there but no signs of the "Rooms 601-630 >" type, which would be much more helpful.
