Location Room was good for the three of us Staff were good at reception Face-left at lobby concierge staff were very helpful. Thank you Hilton
The beds slightly squeaky and wobbly Perhaps the rooms toilets needs a revamp as looks tired a bet,may be the managements are planning to do so am not sure.
Close to train station, good location. Room was ready upon early arrival. Baggage drop. Express check out, just drop keys into box. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Cot provided for baby,
Room needed a bit of maintenance - the whole set of plugs by the desk weren’t working so fridge, lamp and plug sockets for charging phones were unable to be used. Bed was really creaky (previous stay in a different room was fine!). These should be easily fixed now they’ve been reported. Would stay again though.
Location and nearness to city hubs
The location is very central
The breakfast in the executive lounge needs to be upgraded most of the hot items are cold the choices are limited
Room was horrible, very outdated. Room door was for some reason very narrow compare to any other rooms on the same level.
