Clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, convenient beds for sleeping. Enjoyed tea and coffee facilities.
My toilet sink didn't work. I can't get used to 2 separate taps, no mixer tap. It's 21st century already! I stayed at Premier Inn Leicester for almost a week and I needed the Internet. Though I told receptionist my needs, I had to buy 1-day cards for 10 pounds each, and I was not told about possibility to pay for a week card of 20 pounds. In total I paid 40 pounds, rather expensive and not economically rational.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The plumbing makes a terrible noise every time someone uses the bathroom in a neighbouring room. Also, the pub next door left a lot to be desired; cheap food at cheap prices.
