Pros (+) Very nice room, very functional for a business stay, great location. Staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) Fitness room was not good. Equipment was not functional, had to go elsewhere to get a workout. Would like to see more in the area near the front desk where you can buy quick snacks or personal items. Was way to limited. I had to go to a grocery store to get what I needed.
Pros (+) It was better than our expectations. Very clean and quiet and the breakfast was much above average.
Pros (+) The Best Western in Layton was perfect for us. The location was near the functions we attended and there were numerous choices nearby to eat and shop. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine.
Cons (-) Didn't care for the cable news selections on the TV. I prefer to get fair and balanced newscasts and cable channels. We could watch MSNBC and CNN but not Fox News was excluded from choices available to guests. Hmmmm!
Pros (+) Slow elevator. That is the only complaint I can think of. Everything else was excellent and will definitely return on next trip.
Pros (+) This was a very nice place to stay. Our room was quiet and decently secluded which is what we asked for and the breakfast was excellent!
Cons (-) I wish we would have been able to check in earlier than 4:00pm. We had a wedding that evening and was rushing to get everyone ready.
