7.0 Good
Pros: Close to business
Cons: Old
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room had been remodeled. The comfort of the bed and quality of the linens
Cons: There was no one at front desk when we arrived to check in. There was a sign that they needed to run errand. 3 customers waiting in line when she came back. She said she was there for 14 hours because no one else show up for work. She just needed a break
7.0 Good
Pros: people, room, breakfast, location

1.0 Poor
Pros: checking out of the hotel was by far the best part of my stay because i was no longer held hostage by such crappy service
Cons: everything! construction on site, WORST complementary breakfast ever, phone in room stopped working & when i told the front desk they told me how i needed to fix it myself & didn't know how to provide receipt. plan trip for different time if only choice
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, comfy bed and pillows. Tv, fridge.
Cons: Housekeeping staff sure we're chatterboxes in hallways for longest time. Halls seem to AMPLIFY any noise too. Woke up to person pacing the floor it seemed from 4AM on, never was able to fall back asleep (I should have asked for top floor!). Breakfast bad
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was not very friendly and the coffee was cold that they served
Cons: It was a pain to get in and out and go an where
1.0 Poor
Pros: location
Cons: The hotel smelled of natural gas. There was also construction taking place during breakfast without any concern for customers; and considerable marijuana use in the hotel. Concerns raised by several customers were ignored by staff and management.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quiet. Staff was responsive and helpful. Internet was snappy. Beds and linens comfortable.
Cons: Minor issues with this hotel. Side entrance door had trouble opening with key, so people would stick a rug under it to keep it open. Water is VERY soft, hence, very difficult to rinse soap off. Plugs around desk not tight. Minor mold in shower.
6.0 Good
Pros: I appreciated having a microwave in the room. I also appreciated not being price gouged with the vending machines
Cons: There was an unpleasant odor from the lobby to the room. The only reason we stayed was that the room didn’t smell. There was also quite a bit of light that came into the room that prevented it from being dark at night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I had two teenagers arriving before me and they was treated very well. Thank you
Cons: The maid service, three was staying in room and they set up for two when asked again, to be set up for three still not done, then asked them for extra towels and they acted like they couldn't understand. 2 towles please. We was there for three days.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The new carpet is going to look great. Parking was good. Breakfast was a bonus
Cons: Could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom had hair in the tub, on the floor and on the counter. Pillows kinda sucked...but...I understand, can't please everybody.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, central to everything we needed to access, and built into the conference center, which was why we were there in the first place.
Cons: I wish they had an option for two KING beds, not just queens. Other than that, it was what we expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean large and open room. The staff was great. This will be the place I stay from now on when I visit the area.
Cons: Nothing only that my trip didn’t allow me stay longer.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The housekeepers did a great job considering the rooms are old and worn.
Cons: DINGY !!! STAINS !!! When Hilton builds a nice modern hotel it will be their FIRST !
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how the bed sleep it wonderful. The view was magnificent.
Cons: I like the view and how the town was set up.
5.1 Okay
Pros: High ceilings in the rooms.
Cons: Staff was not good gave us a room that did not exist and tried to send us to the nonexistent room multiple times after we hauled all of the luggage and kids to the other end of the hotel multiple times because they said we missed the room until I requested to see a map of the rooms to prove this room number didnt exist at all. Then they finally realized they gave us the wrong room number. The pool was not clean so we weren't comfortable letting the kids swim
5.8 Okay
Pros: Easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I don’t normally leave bad reviews but my goodness. This place took the cake. The “king” room is a joke. This whole stay is a joke. The bed is NOT a king. Maybe the headboard is, but the bed was not nearly wide enough to be considered a king. We bed share with our toddler, and needless to say, we are aware of the room we are allowed, and it was defiantly NOT a king. The walls were thin, I could hear the guy next store snoring all night long. And then NO included breakfast. They want a minimum addition of $12 per person. What an expensive WASTE! I’ve never stayed at a Hilton and I NEVER will again. I could’ve stayed anywhere else for $50-$60 cheaper and I could’ve avoided all the issues mentioned above. A Laquita or Crystal inn would’ve been a far better choice. Up Your game Hilton.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nicely decorated, clean
7.0 Good
Pros: Did not eat the Breck fast
Cons: Could have more places to sit and watch, tv
9.0 Excellent
Cons: It aw
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean room. Safe location
Cons: We got woken up at 2 AM to neighboring room blaring music/TV, doors slamming, shouting, and what sounded like furniture being slammed against the wall. Had to call the front desk 2 times to complain and they still kept a movie going loudly until 3:30 AM.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: That I could pay for breakfast in the price of the room.
Cons: The room we stayed in was over the pool. The smell of chlorine wasn’t bad or overpowering. It was just “THERE” when we walked into the room, then we would get used to it. You could convert the pool to a salt system and that would remove the chlorine smell. And the bed frame creaked like something was loose and needed to be tightened down.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a fantastic hotel. It exceeded my expectations!
Cons: The pool was very small

5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The walls are paper thin. Heard the teenagers next door til pretty late in the night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great location.
Cons: The hotel is older and a bit dated. The toilet was a bit dirty, stains on and under the rim.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was spacious and everything I needed was provided for (linen/soaps etc). Checkin/checkout was simple and easy. The staff were cheerful and helpful when needed.
Cons: The internet was described as "Super fast". The internet was almost unusable. For the most part, I hot-spotted my own internet data to my laptop to use instead. Blatant false advertising and incredibly disappointed as I require fast reliable internet for work. Breakfast was incredibly basic. My last hotel had cooked breakfast (basic eggs, sausages, bacon) and a decent coffee machine. I preferred to buy my own breakfast than eat at this hotels buffet but that is just personal preference. On 2/3 days of my stay my room cards stopped working and I had to have them replaced (twice on one day). Not a huge inconvenience but irritating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The price was right. It's an older property, but it's clean and well maintained.
Cons: The biggest problem was the wifi It was FAR better in the parking lot than in my room! I totally abandoned trying to do anything online in my room. I sat in my car in the parking lot to take care of my business requirements.

Pros: Surprised when we checked in that they had snack bar opened for guests until 7 pm. Items to make a small sandwich (finger foods), chips, fruit, veggies, soda pop, etc. This was great, didn't need a meal so this was nice. The breakfast next day was good, lots of choices and kept stocked. Great staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast offered a good selection of foods and beverages in a reasonably comfortable setting. Part of what made the breakfast area comfortable was the arrangement of tables and easy access to what was offered. The different modes of seating offered some variety as well.
Cons: Perhaps a wider variety of cold cereal would have made the dining experience a tad better for some, but overall the breakfast was a nice feature and provided a more than adequate start to my day.

Cons: Activities were expensive, restaurant closed too early.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The towel rack wasn't really attached to the wall. I went to get towel after showering and the rack just fell off the wall. Cleaning staff must have known it was like that because it was barely hanging there. I'm actually not at how they got the towels on there without it falling down.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was really friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Rooms and grounds were dirty. Pretty pricey stay for a hotel that needs serious work and updating.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The clerk at the desk that helped us when we checked in was absolutely amazing and very kind to help us with any of our needs. She made us feel very welcome and it helped us to have a great start to our vacation.
Cons: The door knob on the door into the sink area had a difficult time locking but eventually it would work but other than that everything was great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room, staff and breakfast were very nice. The location was awesome.
Cons: The building exterior and hallways looked very worn and rundown. I book Marriot because they exceed in all areas so I expect much better from their properties. So, I was disappointed with the exterior, the hallways and the elevator however, to be fair, I was quite satisfied with my room and the lobby/breakfast areas.
7.5 Good
Pros: The front desk receptionist who greeted us a check-in was very friendly. I was presented with a hand-written card with my room keys. It felt more like we were staying with a friend than at a hotel. The suite is a nice option if you have a teenage boy and a teenage girl who like their privacy. It was also nice to have a functional kitchen to prepare ourselves a simple meal.
Cons: Someone left the drapes open on a west facing window in 97 degree weather. We weren't able to check in until after 5pm and by then there was no way the air conditioning could catch up. Our room stayed at 80 degrees until well after midnight. We opened windows after the sun went down, and one had to be propped open with a coat hanger or else it would keep falling down on its own. All 4 of us were too miserable in the heat to get a good night's sleep. The dishwasher detergent dispenser was missing the little door that pops open to release the soap at the appropriate time, so the dishes had to be hand washed. When we were cleaning up to check out, I noticed that the comforter under the bedspread had some sort of black stain. It looked to be either a cigarette burn or some sort of tar stain, but I didn't care to examine it too closely. When we visited the lobby to speak to the receptionist we were told she was attending to other guests who had an issue. We weren't able to connect with her that night. The receptionist who checked us out was not as friendly as the one who checked us in. I felt shooed out the door and wasn't asked if we had a nice stay. There was no opportunity to share some of the trouble we encountered with our room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and size in suite
Cons: I just thought that there were 3 beds 2 in one room and 1 in another
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The place was much nicer than we expected.
Cons: We had a room facing the pool, so we heard the conversations of obnoxious late-night swimmers when our window was open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and well taken care of.
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was adequate. There was a good variety of food.
Cons: I felt like what we paid was too much for what we actually got. I know the property is older, but I have been in other Townehome Suites that were much more accommodating . The pull out beds were not comfortable at all and I felt the room was much too small for the price.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Ac not working in our room, no towels, under staffed
Cons: The pool
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Feeling like I was home.
Cons: I wish I was up on the top floor since I’m a late sleeper. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 2 separate rooms
Cons: Nothing

7.1 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: There was used soap left in the shower people didn’t look safe
1.0 Poor
Pros: Shut it down!!! There is an indoor pool being remodeled, men out there working/yelling at each other making dust fly everywhere, seeping into the room. The floor in the room hadn’t been vacuumed in well over a week. Very seedy people all over. G
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, there was a good variety of food. The coffee was hot and tasted good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I sent a couple of emails that I did not receive an answer to. There was not a bedspread on our bed. No one ever answers the phone and they kept a deposit that I can't get any one to answer the phone to find out why, we didn't have any pets or children with us so the room was left in good shape, so if you want to stay there you might want to pay your deposit in cash so they have to check the room when you check out or you probably won't get it back.
1.0 Poor
Pros: location and the bed
Cons: what a dump, poor food for breakfast, lack of eggs and sausage.Dirty carpet, burns on carpeting, peeling bathtub, unable to use as a bath,.Major construction in pool area, unable to use.Hotel rents by the week and month, unsafe felling in back of hotel, loitering

1.0 Poor
Pros: Joking about how awful it was after we left.
Cons: Disgusting. The whole place is torn apart like it’s in Syria. Unfinished construction at every glance. There was still a dust cover on the smoke detector in our room — dangerous!

Pros: I felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs and comfort were met to the best of their abilities.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing good to say about my stay. Shower and water temp. were good.
Cons: Leftover food in the very dirty microwave. A/C and heater were the same no different in temp. No oatmeal for breakfast just waffles and rock like links. People in the next room did not turn off there very loud TV my 3-day stay glad I brought my ear plugs.
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was pretty great
Cons: The staff
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good. The low price was probably due to all the renovations that were on going.
Cons: The property was under renovations. Our room faced a large indoor pool that was under construction. The motel was worn and in need of updating.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Price
Cons: Fake ads of swimming pool Bad drinking water Unconformable bed Room lacks towels, drinkable water Every door looks damaged

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. Would definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant affiliated with the hotel was better than I had expected and very reasonably priced.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Too small of room and one bed. wanted 2 beds.
Cons: too small .. not accomadating.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was conveniently located for for our trip
Cons: Their "award winning" restaurant was mediocre at best
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and it was great having a restaurant on the premise made breakfast fast and easy. The staff was excellent, we arrived slightly before check in time and our room wasn’t ready yet. They made sure to have our room cleaned next and we were checked in very quickly.
Cons: The door to the room looked like it had recently been kicked in by the police or someone else. The molding around the door was off and a newly patched hole to the wall was obvious. The framing was in the closet. It made us feel unsafe in the room plus it made the noise in the outside of the room seem louder then it should have. We could hear everything outside our door. There was construction going on outside the front of our door and we were unable to park anywhere near our room, we ended up parked behind the building a ways away from our room. I hate not being out to look outside and see my vehicle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility...there was some construction going on, but it wasn't a problem.
Cons: They didn't have a hot free breakfast available. Instead they had a grab an go bag...a granola bar, piece of fruit and water bottle...not exactly a breakfast. There was an adjacent restaurant, but no free pass or discount.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing, worked great for our ski trip
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: My room was over the laundry room and lint had blown all over the ground making it impossible not to track it into the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only reason I didn't give them the highest rating is because they were demolishing an outdoor pool and it was noisy during the day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Furniture looked very good. Not cheap hotel furniture.
Cons: No breakfast served as part of the rate. I seem to have an extra $35.05 credit card transaction from this hotel when the clerk said it would only be a $10 fee to hold to cover incidentals (to assertain that nothing was stolen). The charge is still acti

Cons: Fantastic service in the restaurant!! And checkin was very friendly!

6.0 Good
Pros: It was clean, quiet, the pool and jacuzzi were nice.
Cons: The rate ended up being more than I thought. Even after taxes. And I thought breakfast was "included" and it was not.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!
Cons: Parking was not attached to hotel. In bad weather (which we did not have) I wouldn't want to have to walk to the parking structure.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room location.
Cons: Every thing was fine.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location related to other businesses, food and restaurants.
Cons: Front desk was poorly staffed. The gal was great, but had to do multiple duties. The lower parking garage was full, so we used the upper one. Being unfamiliar, I had to go the wrong way on a one way street. Then pack a heavy suitcase down stairs, no ramp or other access. Room- 203- clean- bed was comfortable. The ventilation system used the main door for exhaustion. This created whistling sound all night. Low tone. This in turn was a blessing to cover up the jumping up and down of a young girls sports team. That is not your fault.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable
Cons: Stiffer pillows would have be better.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good firm bed, generally quiet.
Cons: Had to walk a ways to get to room, but reservation had been made late on Memorial Day weekend. Restaurant was pricy with minimal dinner selections.

Pros: It was a great room

The only response we got was "No". Not military friendly, find another place if you can!! We will not be staying at any Hilton owned property.
