The room lacks basic complimentary stuff, like water and coffee, the elevators were not well kept, 2 of 4 elevators were broken when we were there.

The bed wasn’t comfy, it slouched.. the remote control was filthy like had the previous persons food or something over every button so I know the staff must overlook cleaning everything and not just replacing the trash/towels/sheets.. overall the gambling area was nice.. the staff was pleasant but not having the Netflix option or even an option to bring my PlayStation 🤷🏾‍♂️
