Never received my car. Pick up was scheduled for 830AM, still didn’t have a car by 1030AM. Had to Uber to the strip so I didn’t miss my event.
Please do not allow your customers to rent from this incredibly unprofessional company. They lied about their location, they are not at the airport in Las Vegas but two shuttle bus rides away. There was a long line with 2 agents working and the people at the front of the line had been waiting 2.5 hours to get to that point. We left without a car
It took 2 busses from the airport, then over 2 hours to get our car. Apparently they are not fast, and they were short staffed, and had no backup plan, so they were catastrophically slow. We ended up missing appointments and having to reschedule things due to the delay. We will never use Easirent again. Car was fine. Rates were not significantly lower, so definitely NOT worth the hassle. Car return was fine.
This was my first time using Easirent and it was great . Will definitely use them again in the future .
OMG. They act as if you’ve been with their company before. No one tells you there’s a sign in sheet. Then with only 5 people ahead of you it took 1 1/2 hours to get up to the counter. Car was fine and checkout process was fine. No one needs to wait that long to rent a car that you already have a reservation for.
The experience with them was horrible. They didnt accept my insurance without a valid reason. Budget, enterprise and avis have never had an issue. They refused to accept my partners insurance. The staff was not professional. The person assisting me asked me to call my insurance carried but she had to step away and asked her co worker to help me once i got someone on the phome and in my face the other employee said "No". She refused to assist us so we cancelled the rental with them. It wasted almost 2 hours of our time. Will never attempt to rent from them and will not be recommending them. You should remove them from your network.
