Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was beautiful inside and outside. Staff was very helpful.

Cons (-) Only one elevator was operating so waits could be long. The hotel is fairly large, so it did not fall into our preference for a “quaint” place at the shore.

Cons (-) Room service and buffet was expensive. My son had a gluten sensitivity and the staff wasn't knowledgable but they did accommodate. The bugs were so bad we couldn't go outside during our entire stay.
