Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location and cleanliness, with several mentioning easy access to city attractions and a peaceful environment. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unprofessional staff behavior, lack of cooperation, and problems with booking and refunds. Value for money was also a concern for some, with complaints about high prices for food and rooms not matching online images. Overall, while the hotel offers a convenient location and clean rooms, improvements in service and pricing transparency are needed.
