Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality, with several guests mentioning exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as plentiful, delicious, and served with a beautiful view. However, some guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be small or outdated, and a few noted issues with cleanliness or amenities.
