Pros (+) Participation in Green room service - not requiring new linens, towels every day- yields $5 / day food voucher.
Cons (-) Need to clarify/refine misleading description of Green program . Card for hanging on doorknob says I would not have full housekeeping service. I thought that meant I would not receive fresh linens; would use the entire supply of towels (5) before resupply; and would pick up after myself. In practice, the card means no one will enter my room...a kind of permanent Do Not Disturb. No resupply of coff...

Pros (+) Great hotel, perfect location, helpful staff, clean comfortable and Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons (-) My truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage. I had to park off site. This is not the hotels fault. I should have driven my car.

Pros (+) Our Room with a city view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It seems to be a clean facility/property. The location was great in accordance to the venue we were to attend. The Staff was attentive & courteous. I actually wish we could have stayed longer to see some of the cities history and sights.
Cons (-) The Room was Kind of "Pricey"........ A few minor maintenance issues could soon need tending too...... The windows were sludgy/foggy. I was told during my booking that garage parking was included, but when we arrived, there was a $25 per night parking fee.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Convenient location in center of Indy if you need a location to walk from.
Cons (-) Elevators were extremely noisy, If you are going to stay here, I would suggest a room as far away from the elevators as possible as they ROAR as they pass the floor each time - sound like a jet taking off - there are 4 elevators too...
