Cons:They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.Reviewed 21 Oct 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly, price was good for what I ended up with.Cons:The woman working the counter when I picked up was alone and super overwhelmed with how busy it was. She was incredibly nice, and also apologetic, but it was clear there isn’t really a system for ensuring cars are prepared for renters.
