Cons:
The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.8.0 Very Good

The representative from the pickup location wasnt at his desk. We had to wait for 40 mins. Called every phone number available and no solution was provided.Had to go look for him in the parking lot. When the representative arrived, he didnt apologize or explained himself. He was rude and arrogant.Cons:

They gave my car away to another customer despite having a reservation. Then threatened to charge me over $1,500 for my one-way rental that was less than $300, because they didn't have any cars that were designated for one way. The reason they gave for my car not being available was that there was an error in their computer system that gave away too many of the one-way rentals and could not care less about my situation.10.0 Wonderful
