Ron, the person who took me to my car was very personable. I was given an Avis Car & had to return for a Hertz car. That was acceptable and the lady who checked me out of the garage said she'd give me a fuel voucher for my inconvenience & to return the car as close to empty as possible. I didn't have any notation on my slip so I returned it full as I didn't want to pay $10+/gallon to fill it up.Reviewed 7 Mar 2024

The website was NOT CLEAR that my pickup and dropoff were NOT AT THE AIRPORT. Also, when i went to the Hertz desk at the airport, they were extremely unhelpful. They could not tell me where to go to pick up the car, which was several miles away. Additionally, i left THREE MESSAGES at the local Charlotte Hertz office, trying to return the car to the airport, rather than the remote location. NONE OF THE CALLS WAS RETURNED.Reviewed 10 Oct 2023

the line was long at pick up, once it was my turn my agent was super nice and engaging. A very good experience. My car was average in comfort and cleanliness but worked for a quick weekend rental. i was told by hertz that they would track my delayed flight and stay open. they did not, so i ended up having to sleep in the airport for 4.5 hours (1:30am to 6am) until the counter opened again. it was a terrible experience.Reviewed 25 Sep 2023
