Cons (-) They gave us the wrong room and staff just wouldn't correct the problem. Also, pool closed.

Cons (-) A good cup of coffee in the morning is important to me as well as many others. The coffee at this location is so weak it barely has a coffee flavor or coffee color.
Cons (-) Requested a queen bed, got a double bed and a room that was small even with a double. I am 6'4" so my wife and I do not fit in a double bed. We booked online so not sure where the problem occurred. Old style air conditioning unit that could not cool the room. They have tried to update the hotel but fell short. Would not stay again at any price.
