Pros: Cool and nice design hostel in vivid Schanzenviertel Relaxed and flexible staff; service with a smile and a great deal of trust; just grab your drinks and write them down in the book on the bar. Clean and spacious rooms with crispy white huge pillows on the beds smooth communication upon arrival

Cons: that i couldn't stay longer...

Pros: The place exceeded our expectations. It was our first time booking a hostel so we weren't really expecting that much, but we were surprised at how nice the place is. The over-all vibe of the place is quirky and interesting. The guys at the reception area were friendly and really helpful, the room was big, the toilet and bath area is very spacious. I liked how the bathroom made use of natural lighting and ventilation as there is a big window in the area where the sink was. The room was kept clean during our stay. Breakfast was also nice, with good choices. The location is also a plus, it's just a few steps from the bus stop.

Cons: Only one shower head fixed on the ceiling looks odd. Hard to take shower without getting wet head

Pros: The beds were soooooo comfortable! Staff were super friendly, amenities in room were brilliant and loved sitting downstairs with fellow travelers in the evening

Cons: Probably need an extra waffle iron and panini grill as it took ages to be able to use them and waiting in the queue made the breakfast area very congested.

Pros: Super nice, I have left the train ticket in the room, after 8 hours when I came back, the receiption tell me that they have kept that very to wait me back. Thank this Hotel sooooo much.

Pros: Nice staff, allowed us to stay in another room because of the noise at the streetside.

Pros: The hotel is definitely a hidden gem right in the city centre. Excellent location, close to S-Bahn (right across the street) and U-Bahn stations. You can order breakfast for an additional value and the staff will leave a bag hanging on your door next morning. We were offered to choose between cleaning the room or have two free drinks from the minibar (good for short stays). Very nice high-pressure shower. Good noise insulation even for the rooms facing the street (and it's a busy road). Coffee machine and kettle inside the room with free coffee pads and tea bags. Room was sparkling clean, awesome friendly staff.

Cons: - Additional cost for a child cot. - No lift (although there is just one staircase and all rooms are on the first floor).

Pros: Nice large room, in a great location

Cons: The room clearly used to be used by smokers at some point, and the smell of old smoke was quite strong when you entered the room. Not quite what I expected when booking non-smoking

Pros: The location is Perfect, in the middle of everything you need in Sternschanze. In front of it is Trainstation, on the right side are all restaurants, on the left side is Denns Supermarket. The room design is Nice, we have a small balcony overlooking the street. Service is Friendly. We will absolutely stay here again.

Pros: The area was quite buzzing and that was great but it meant that is was a tad noisy at night time. So Maybe not a romantic getaway. Small but very nice rooms. Very clean.

Cons: One thing marred our stay; on arrival a cup which was precariously balanced on a small shelf in the entrance way was knocked off and broken. We were charged €15 for this. It was not a €15 cup.

Pros: I bought something from the Bakery next door for breakfast. That is all I want. The location suits me well. It is near my son who lives a few minutes walk away.

Cons: The room overlooked a narrow courtyard with a direct view into an opposite room. Which meant that the curtains have to be kept partially closed even in the day time. I have stayed at the Fritz on other occasions and other rooms are better.

Cons: The room was small but totally sufficient.

Pros: The location was very good. We had a car and so it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel to the core downtown area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy (right in front of the hotel); however, due to some re-modeling work that was on-going, quite a few of the spaces were taken.

Cons: There was a general smell of sweat in the main hotel lobby that seemed to linger...perhaps the hotel needs to shampoo/vacuum the rugs in that area. The breakfast for what was provided was a very good deal for only 7 euros per person. In our room (slept 4), the duvee covers all had a scent of dog, or animal. When we first entered the room, this scent of dog or animal was prevalent. We asked the hotel staff to provide replacement duvee covers, which they did, and they scent was gone. However, after hotel maids came through, the scent was back! Don't know whether it was what they were washing the duvee covers in? The bathroom was incredibly spacious and everything worked fine.

Pros: It is definitely worth staying at the hotel. Very friendly staff

Cons: Very thin walls, so we heard everything from the neighbouring room.

Pros: Breakfast is minimal, but ok. Position is strategic with a call-a-bike station in front of it.

Cons: When I go to hamburg I stay here. The risky thing are...the guests. The walls are thin and if in the next room there are noisy people you are doomed. Generally speaking the area is noisy, perfect for turism, less suitable if the next morning you have a meeting.

Pros: It's good only for quite comfortable location.

Cons: The room was very small, there was no towels is the room, we have had to ask it in the reception.

Pros: Metro stations are easily accessible to all parts of the city. You have Cafe shops and hotels near room. you can visit all the tourist parts not more than 20 Mins from this location.

Cons: One thing that made me think is the Value. Its bit costly for the amenities provided.

Pros: Nice center hotel close to everything. Very helpful personal. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cons: The noise in the night because of teenager who were direct in front of the hotel.
