Pros (+) Facility was relatively new but that was the highlight of my family's stay in three of their rooms over three days.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was abysmal. Rooms not made upp at all several times. Coffee left it the coffeemaker when we checked in. Pool was not functioning properly. The man at the desk was rude, uncaring, and incompetent. He would not even discuss our issues. He screwed up our billing twice and never did get it right.
